Every Team’s Best Players – 2021 NFC

Arizona Cardinals

O- Nyheim Hines

Nyheim Hines showed up for Arizona this season. He had 1400 all-purpose yards and led his team in touchdowns(aside from Murray). Going into year 2, expect him to mold even more into Arizona’s system and produce a 1000 yard rushing season.

D- Chandler Jones

Chandler Jones led his team in sacks and tackles for loss. For an OLB, this is exactly what you would like to see. Jones practically shut down an entire side of the line and most of the time was wreaking havoc in the backfield.

Atlanta Falcons

O- Cordarrelle Patterson

Cordarrelle Patterson is another one of those HB that was deadly in the passing game. Coming just short of a 1000 yard receiving season, his versatility was proven through the 75 receptions that he hauled in for 6 touchdowns. We expect him to have the same amount of use-or more next season.

D-Grady Jarrett

Grady Jarrett was a defensive guru this season. Leading his team in tackles for loss, sacks, and forced fumbles is no easy feat. A player as dominant in the interior as Jarrett is rare to see, hopefully he plans on staying a bit longer or else the Falcons are in trouble.

Carolina Panthers

O- Christian McCaffrey

Christian McCaffrey being this selection is a no-brainer. He is the only Carolina player to surpass 1000 all-purpose yards and led his team in rushing/receiving touchdowns. He will continue to dominate in the league stats wise, but much more is needed before we see McCaffrey in the playoffs.

D- Jeremy Chinn

Jeremy Chinn was a great defensive leader for the panthers. As a FS, he led in tackles for his team and also led in interceptions. While also operating in the backfield with 8 tackles for loss, Chinn was everywhere on the field and his impact was felt by all of their opponents.

Chicago Bears

O-  Justin Fields

Justin Fields surpassed the 5000 yard mark in his rookie season. If he can lower the turnovers, then he will be a force that everyone will fear in PML. He also showed his mobility by scoring 5 rushing touchdowns on the season. The Bears have a great QB in Fields.

D- Eddie Jackson

Eddie Jackson surpassed everyone on his team in tackles, by a large margin. Hitting triple-digit tackles for any position is impressive. This feat is even more impressive as a FS. The moment a ball is snapped, expect Jackson to be in its vicinity, in the air or on the ground.

Dallas Cowboys

O- Ezekiel Elliot

Ezekiel Elliot was a scoring machine for the Cowboys. With 1600 rushing yards and 23 rushing touchdowns on the season, it’s easy to say that he was the main producer of points for Dallas. No other member of the team came close to those numbers.

D- Jaylon Smith

Jaylon Smith was doing it all at the MLB position. Tackling players for a loss of yards, intercepting the ball, and even sacking the QB, what could Smith not do? He led his team in tackles as well. We agree that this is great production out of your starting LB.

Detroit Lions

O- TJ Hockenson

TJ Hockenson led his team in receptions, reception yards, and receiving touchdowns. If you didn’t have him doubled, chances are that he was open. A TE that is able to produce 1200 yards receiving and score 18 times in the process is a good TE in our book.

D- Montrel Meander

Montrel Meander is another LB that did it all. At the OLB position, he had 11 tackles for loss, 7 interceptions, 2.5 sacks, a forced fumble, and 3 defensive touchdowns. Meander is going to be a wrecking ball in that defense for a while. Hopefully the rest of the roster keeps up.

Green Bay Packers

O- Aaron Rodgers

Aaron Rodgers had a superb season, toppling over the 5000 yard mark in wonderful fashion. Along with being 1 short of a 50 touchdown season, he also had less than 20 interceptions thrown on the year. A QB that can produce points without losing the ball is worthy of a mention as a team’s best player.

D- Adrian Amos

Adrian Amos was a ball hawk on the Packers defense. Reeling in 10 interceptions and housing 4 of them is what you love to see in a SS. With the interceptions, he also was in the backfield for 7 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks on the season. Quite the jack of all trades.

Los Angeles Rams

O- Jacob Harris

Jacov Harris has left us speechless. As a TE, he reached the 1800 all-purpose yard mark and hauled in 16 receiving touchdowns. No one on his team came remotely close to the numbers that Harris produced. Matthew Stafford better thank Harris this offseason.

D- Noah Dawkins

Noah Dawkins doesnt need us to say much for this selection. The man did everything on defense. He led his team in tackles, found himself snagging interceptions, even found himself running the backfield the most out of anyone on his team with 15 tackles for loss. Case closed.

Minnesota Vikings

O- Dalvin Cook

Dalvin Cook is living proof that a team can rely on one player to make them relevant. Cook had a 2000 all-purpose yard season, and outscored everyone else on his team in total touchdowns with 20 on the year. If he can keep up with his monumental usage of 300+ touches a year, then he will be dominant for a long while.

D- Eric Kendricks

Eric Kendricks led his team in tackles in a year that he didn’t even play all 17 games. With Dalvin Cook doing literally everything on offense, it was up to Kendricks to do literally everything on defense. He has a stat in every category from sacks to defensive touchdowns. Quite a dominant season from him.

New Orleans Saints

O- Alvin Kamara

Alvin Kamara is one of those dual threat running backs that are difficult to gameplan for. With 2300 all-purpose yards and 21 touchdowns, there isn’t much debate that he ran the offense. Look for him to produce like this yearly, because so far no one has figured him out yet.

D- Demario Davis

Demario Davis found himself with a stat in every category this season. He led his team in tackles, was 2nd in tackles for loss, and recorded 5 interceptions on the year. In his 10th season in the NFL, those are immaculate numbers that most players wish they could produce in their prime.

New York Giants

O- Darius Slayton

Darius Slayton was uncoverable this season. Passing the 1500 yard mark with 11 receiving touchdowns, he was the main monster out of the 3-headed beast of receivers in New York. Having numbers like these with a QB by the name of Daniel Jones is impressive in itself.

D- Jabrill Peppers

Jabrill Peppers was running a no-pass-zone over on the Giants defense. 10 interceptions on the year from your run stopper is more than you could ever ask for. He led his team in this stat and also led in forced fumbles. Strength and finesse mixed into one.

Philadelphia Eagles

O- Miles Sanders

Myles Sanders had a decent season after the arrival of Deshaun Watson early in the year. He obtained 1700 all-purpose yards and chalked up a 1000 yard rushing season. With 12 total touchdowns on the year, he led in this category out of all RB and WR on the Eagles.

D- Eric Wilson

Eric Wilson is one of two Eagles defenders to have triple digit tackles. Out of those tackles, he had 22 tackles for loss which was in the running for top of the entire NFC. Reeling in one interception and returning it for a 90 yard touchdown also showed his ability to make plays in the air.

San Francisco 49ers

O- George Kittle

George Kittle is the only offensive player to tally over 1000 all-purpose yards out of the RB and WR of the 49ers. He led his team in receptions and touchdowns as well with a whopping 13 out of the TE position. To have a TE that can dominantly block and have the ability to make plays with the ball is priceless.

D- Fred Warner

Fred Warner has been the leader of the 49ers defense since he began in the league. This year he had 103 tackles to support that claim, 13 of them being a tackle for loss. Complimented with Nick Bosa’s presence, Fred Warner is in one on one situations most of the game in run plays. This is a matchup that will always be in the favor of Warner.

Seattle Seahawks

O- Chris Carson

Chris Carson is a beast on the ground. Coming just short of 1500 rushing yards, he tallied 15 rushing touchdowns. When he wasn’t feeling like running the ball, he hauled in 34 catches for 360 yards and a touchdown. His 16 total touchdowns makes him the leader in scoring for his team.

D- Jamal Adams

Jamal Adams led his team in tackles, forced fumbles, and interceptions. He even managed to record a few sacks on the season. With Bobby Wagner’s regression, Adams has had to step up to the plate. He sure did this season and proved himself as a leader of the Seahawks defense.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

O- Tom Brady

Tom Brady was like his usual self this season. Throwing 40 touchdowns is impressive for the 45 year old to pull off, let alone surpassing the 5000 yard mark in his 22nd season. This year has proven that it is mind over youth at the QB position… we wonder how long he can go for.

D- Devin White

Devin White was a frontrunner  for best defensive player in the NFC. He led in the tackles category for the Buccaneers with 108. He also led his team in forced fumbles and was a deadly weapon against any team that he faced. Still on his rookie contract, he will be a monster for years to come.

Washington Football Team

O- Antonio Gibson

Antonio Gibson was used in every aspect of the offense this year for the Washington Football Team. Passing the 2000 all-purpose yard mark, he converted 24 total touchdowns on the season…. This is more than anyone else on the roster- including QBs. Numbers like these deserve recognition as one of the top players in the conference overall.

D- William Jackson III

William Jackson III was one of the top DB in the PML this season. 14 interceptions on the year beats everyone else in the league by at least 3. Arguably the Defensive Player of the Year between both conferences, there is no doubt that Jackson is recognized as the best player on the roster.
