Detroit Lions: No Fly Zone

pThe Detroit Lions are finally making a push. They planned on this season being the one they try to make some noise. Aaron Rodgers left the NFC North, Justin Fields regressed, and the Vikings are looking for a QB. The Lions had the #1 ranked Pass Defense last season, and it just got way better. Patrick Surtain is heading to Detroit for X Factor LB Montrel Meander. The Lions have a great staff for rebuilding at the LB position, so they felt this guy was replaceable. Now Detroit is official No Fly Zone with two YOUNG superstar corners at the head of it. It will be exciting to see what they do moving forward. Will we see this zone heavy team move into more man coverage? Or will we see Surtain buy into the system and become more of a zone corner? There are rumors that the Lions will be blitzing and running their true schemes this year. They like a lot of match coverage and you need some good corners for that. Time to see what Motor City can do with these young studs. p
