In this series of articles, we’re going over the possible Team MVP from every single team in the NFC. Keep in mind that this is a preseason list. So not everything may be accurate, but these projections are based off of the user, team, and play style. Now let’s get into who I think will be a possible MVP candidate on a few of these NFC rosters.
NFC North
Chicago Bears – Justin Fields
We have a new user in Bacon who made great use of Lamar. Looks like he got another 90+ speed quarterback just right in his hands. I expect him to make great use of Fields in the run game and passing attack. Big year ahead for Fields.
Detroit Lions – Ty Johnson
Detroit did nothing but spam Ty Johnson last season. The man did so good he finished top 5 in yards and regressed to a normal development trait. I expect another big year for Ty as he is literally the entire Detroit offense. They do nothing else but press X, hold turbo, and run through whatever hole they can find. It’s the most obvious, unskillful offense in Madden history.
Green Bay Packers – Davante Adams
No Rodgers….which means Jordan Love time is in Green Bay. Jefe will have to rely on his high-powered team to hide the deficiencies of Love. What better way to do that than to throw to a 99-overall receiver? I expect Adams to have a huge year to help out his new young QB.
Minnesota Vikings – Dalvin Cook
I love JP but you literally know on every single first down he is running the ball. Cook makes his offense go and needs to be the Team MVP for them if they want to make any noise in the NFC.
