What up PML, it’s me back with some content. It is summer, my team is 1-10 and I need to do some content before I get kicked from the league. So, without further or due, here are the 5 best versions of PML users I feel like I have seen this cycle.
5 – Season 3 Hypemike
One of the flukiest runs of all time, the Detroit Lions of Season 3 were one to remember. They made a huge move in trading for PS2 and took advantage of their team while they could. Every single year this team would develop and then…. regress. This was in fact the one and ONLY season that Detroit had TWO Superstar ability corners who were both under the age of 24. They had one of the best blitzing defenses of all time with a strong secondary to cover with speedy safeties. This team at just about an 80 overall went through the gauntlet. They defeated the Green Bay Packers who arguably had the best roster in the NFC besides the Bucs I believe in that year’s playoffs. They beat the WFT…. or should I say Antonio Gibson (love you KingMike) who is cracking the top 5 broken PML players list. Lastly, the Lions went on to beat the juggernaut themselves, KMFO in a THRILLER. No intro needed on how heavy of a victory that is against a better user with a better team. Hypemike then got exposed in the SB but kept the score respectable with pro gamer Kmac. If the Lions won the SB though, this probably would have gone down as the best SB run in PML history. However, he finished second and is now 1-10 in season 4. Talk about a fluky run huh?
4 – Josh Allen Bubba
I still do not know how this man got Josh Allen but it turned out to be as expected. I watch Allen play every Sunday in person and can say he visibly causes headaches for defenses. This is literally PML Josh Allen at the hands of Bubba. He will take years off of your madden life because he knows exactly how to use this man. If nothing is open, he makes the right read and scrambles or he will make a play until someone gets open. He has consistently had 14 to 15-win seasons that no one seems to talk about. Due to how broken Allen is in Madden no one seems to give Bubba his credit for being a top 5 player in PML right now. I guess he will have to earn those stripes next madden in Detroit, Houston, or maybe even New York. As of now though, he will always be an SB contender and now is the perfect time for him to put himself in the PML history books with DK out of the league.
3 – Any Version of KMFO
I do not think I really need to elaborate on this much more. He’s KMFO. His passion for this league is almost Brady-like. He wants to not only beat opponents, but embarrass them.
2 – Season 1 Mole
I think for the past 3 or 5 Maddens, Mole has won every single SB in season 1. He rarely loses a game in season 1 of Madden. He went to the SB and defeated the insane launch roster Green Bay Packers in a shoot-out. This guy definitely deserves to be on the list of these great users.
1 – Kmac
The only professional gamer left in PML, Kmac himself. I mean he plays the game more in one day than some of us do in an entire week. No fault against him though, this is his job. If anything, it’s great that he is good at his job rather than being mediocre. He has won 2 straight Super Bowls and looks like he will have a KMFO-like dominance on PML moving forward now.
