Mock Top 5

  • Panthers – Will Anderson Jr. Lolb Alabama. We all saw how end of cycle Jt went off last year. He manufactures crazy pressure always and started doing a wide blitz with fast edge rushers. Enter Will Anderson who will fit perfectly across from Brian Burns. Jt is in a prime position to trade back ( which is what I think happens) but if he stays at number 1, the Alabama product will hear his name quickly called.
  • Patriots- Kayshon Boutte Wr Lsu. Nef has passed on top qbs before and the patriots are in dire need of playmakers on the outside. Boutte will instantly be head and shoulders above the rest of the options in New England. The pick should be a qb, but Nef addresses wr first in this mock.
  • Colts- Bryce Young Qb Alabama. The mini slide ends for Bryce at pick 3. The colts roster overall is ready to compete but needs an overhaul at the qb position. In pml it is tough to make noise with a below average Qb for the cycle and the Colts find their guy at pick 3.
  • Chargers- Cam Allen Fs Purdue. Who do you project to a team that has everything and still under achieved. Coach Hd kept abilities on grandpa Mccourty possibly to hope he keeps them and helps his future safety get a dev. He uses Derwin at sublb often so having an extra playmaker in the backend would make sense for the historically bad defense.
  • Falcons- Bijan Robinson Rb Texas. Coach Greeny gets back to the run game and selects Bijan to be his workhorse for the cycle. Desmond Ridder was on the hot seat all year but the Falcons give him another year and surround him with a better supporting cast. Expect Bijan to compete for Roty honors with a heavy workload.
