Ravens Offensive line breakdown going into season 2

Today we are going to breakdown the big nastys upfront. Look offensive line is very important for any team but for the Baltimore ravens offensive line is the biggest part outside of our quarterback… you know Lamar jackson ? I have to be honest I didn’t know the difference a great offendive line made versus an average office of line, but the ravens have shown me the way and I will never ever not invest in the big boys upfront. Now the reason why office of line is so important for us is because we have Lamar, Jackson and Lamar Jackson success is predicated on great blocking. This is the reason why a lot of my points have gone to run block Ron, Block, Power, and Ron block Finesse for various people h*** I even put some points into my fallback with that being said let’s break down my offensive line going into next year.

Left tackle Ronnie Staley

Ronnie is unquestionably the leader of the big nastys . I think outside of Trent Williams Ronnie is the best left tackle in the game and he is only 28 years old which means he will be a great player for the entire cycle which is huge because not having to invest in the left tackle is everything. The only problem with Ronnie is his injury is 85 and he can get hurt a lot, so you have to keep a good back up for him because at any moment he can miss three or four games.

Tyler linderbaum left guard

Tyler was a first round pick this year and boy was he worth it very high overall for rookie very good with the run and pass . Can play tackle can play center I love everything about this kid and his potential moving forward in the cycle . I think by year three he can be pushing 90 overall which is great because I won’t have to pay him until we get into the final season. Wait never mind you have a 5th year option with a first round pick oh like kyle Hamilton I won’t have to pay him this whole cycle. That is amazing.

Patrick mekari center

Patrick may be the weak link of my offensive line but he isn’t weak by any stretch he is the only normal dev . You would think every play he is one to attack but if you look at my QB draw numbers it  is clear my center has to be doing something right . Patrick is also only 25 which means he will just get  better . I think i can get him from 75 to a good 80 plus overall with high run blocking stats which is all i need.

Kevin Zeiter Right guard

Old man Kevin is my second best offensive lineman but my biggest question mark going into the off season . Why ? Because he is 32 and 86 overall . If he decided to retire or he regresses hard i could potentially have a big hold at guard . I think guard is a more impactful position for me than tackle because of all the draws and pulls i run . I just want kevin to give me 3 years before he goes off the deep end . By theni will have figured something out but right now i have a plan it’s things go left i will talk about next .

Erek flowers right guard

Erek has resurrected his career in Baltimore . Remember when he was the terrible tackle for the giants ? Well now he is a solid guard . He was my free agent pick and he has proven to be able to fill in when there are injuries . I think he has earned himself a contract extension going into the offseason . Congrats to the flowers family .

Morgan moses right tackle

Morgan reminds me a lot of Erek being a solid player . He is 32 years old tho and could regress bad . I don’t see a world where he is in the future for the ravens so i really wish him well as an analyst on nfl network .

David Faalele right tackle

Now this guy is who I’m excited about.David is a 5th round 66 overall rookie who got a Star dev . He is strong and powerful if he gets content he has all the tools to be a pro bowler .  Ima be honest when i got this team i didn’t even know i had him until the San Fran coach called offering a 2nd for him in week 1 .

In conclusion offensive line may be our best unit we roll out there with loads of potential to get better.  A great combination of vets and rookie should have Lamar smiling at the potential of a multi mvp run in PML .
