What up…I’m back with the articles fellas. I sat down with Codes today and got some things to share with PML. Let’s get into it.
Q1: First off, welcome and thank you for being here with me today. We got some allegations 🐀we got to attend to. According to sources, you were allegedly running glitch plays on offense in your playoff run. Me personally, I had no problems playing against you but some others have said you ran broken plays in your playoff run. People say me, Bubba and DK are cheeseheads but we don’t even know what the h*** plays you could have ran that were glitched. So the play or plays they are regarding to are they actually glitch plays and how do you feel about the people that are accusing you of glitching the game offensively?
Codes: Appreciate it, well first thing… nah they definitely weren’t glitch plays. If anyone took 5 seconds to do research and look at the play that got banned, it’s out of gun deuce, u put the TE in motion to the strong side (not apart of the play), and then hike the ball, both TEs become uncovered and are ALWAYS open… that’s why it’s glitched. If you look at the play I ran, it’s out of a pistol formation, the WR motion is apart of the play, and is never uncovered because of a “glitch”. I’ve only seen one clip of evidence and it was against man… that play is to beat man. I rarely even use the play and VERY VERY rarely throw it to the WR. The clip was against JT l***, if it was a “glitch” play Jt woulda sent me to UGL.
Q2: Even though you’ve won the Super Bowl, many people discredit you for having pound for pound the best team in the game. What is your response to critics that truly don’t believe you’re THAT guy?
Codes: My team helped me a lot I can admit that, but at the end of the day… DK had the Rams, Kingmike had the packers, Tbandit had the bills, kingke had the ravens, and last cycle bubba had the most broken team in the game (shout-out my guy bubba), and none of them won a ring. So, having a great team is nice but u gotta go out there and get it regardless of the overall.
Q3: That Bucs team only is getting older. Luckily, Tom Brady seems to still have his abilities, and with an XF QB you always have a chance. The NFC is a competitive conference with top users who have top teams…do you see yourself winning another Super Bowl or reaching one soon?
Codes: I do think I can get another one, I’m not sure if it’ll be this season or in the future, but there’s no big bad wolf that’s dominant. It’s really open to anyone who wants to go get it, and I don’t think anyone ever wants it as badly as me.
Q4: Most of the playoff teams are called cheese by at least one other user in PML. In your case, it must not have been serious if JT did not address anything. You’ve been in the league for some time and haven’t done anytime in PML jail. This may be your closest to being involved with the PML feds (no I am not a cop). How do you feel about the timing of all this when nothing has been brought up in previous seasons about your gameplay?
Codes: I think it’s extremely funny. I’ve played the same exact way since entering the league. Nobody called me cheese until I started winning. In season 5 of last cycle people started complaining about inside zone, my user, HB routes, ect. Even though I was doing that the WHOLE time. Same this cycle, playing JT and his creative offense you almost have to take some of his plays and add it to ur bag. I’ve done that with a few RPOs he ran last cycle and this cycle, but now all of a sudden if any RPO leads to an open receiver it’s glitchy. Q5: We’ve seen you get into a couple arguments with others in chat. Is there anything you want to get off your chest to some of your opps?
Codes: I’m really working on trying to be better and not be so I guess you could say emotional. I shouldn’t be so quick to call the opps p**** and b****** cuz not everyone reacts to it the same way. The way the opps have been kinda makes PML less enjoyable at times, because one in particular has taken it further then madden. He went on the prediction show and talked about some topics that aren’t PML appropriate, and nobody checked him. That’s why I call them the d*** riding crew. If someone is ur guy and they’re doing something like that u have to check them and let them know. They didn’t. But nah I’m not gonna say f*** them or nothing but it is what it is. Ur gonna see a new leaf turned (hopefully) I wanna try to develop the Dlloyd love for the game where it’s try to have fun and try different styles of football, but I wanna win bowls and have fun. I appreciate the opportunity to get that off my chest.
