Ayahuasca Journal – Week 2

Dear journal,

I have entered the 2nd week of my journey with more clarity than every before. I bring you this message as I sip my ayahuasca tea with honey and bay leaves. My latest trip has me contemplating when all is said and done will the winners really have won? In the end, what does it really mean to lose, and who really is the one who wins?

This is the first time these thoughts have entered my mind. It may be because my teammates were able to “accomplish” a feat i have never done in my career. Those children were able to somehow end a game with a tie after throughly out playing their opponent. It’s tough to see my guys not finish the deal strong for 2 weeks in a row.

This young team needs to understand pretty much every football game comes down to 3 or 4 plays that must be made to seal a game. These plays are not necessarily at the end of the game either. That is why FOCUS needs to be a priority for this team if they have any hopes or psychedelic dreams of me returning for a playoff appearance.

After going up 17 – 3, on 3rd and 10, you cannot give up a deep shot 40 yards down the field which will eventually lead to a TD. On the next drive on 3rd and long Hendon Hooker must learn he cannot force a pass for an easy interception that would then lead to the game being tied at half.

Simple plays. That’s it. That’s all my former teammates need to work on. I hate to say it, because he was a good buddy of mine, but AJ Dillon may need to take a back seat for the rookie Camrun People. S***, he may need to take a back seat for Roschon Johnson as well. We all know how much our coach loves former Longhorns. Either way the run game looks healthy and alive.

My spirit has begun to elevate since I have been here in the Amazon. I hope to continue to be enlighten and truly see what life is about away from football. I have not seen any demons for about 3 days now. I am starting to become worried about them. I hope they are ok.

Anyway… I will be back in about a week to check in with the team. I have not had a chance to check social media. It would be interesting to know if there are any GIANT trade talks in the works. Oh well… Bout to eat me another Cookie and go to sleep boy.

Until next time,

Aaron Rodgers
