We thought it would be fun to assign every PML coach a rap identity. These rap identity comparisons could be based on different things , lyrics( gameplay ) gen chat personality just you  representing this rappers essence and what they mean to the culture itself .first off we have the NFC NORTH! Presented by the culture committee. Good luck on your comparison coaches !

KING MIKE COMPARISONS

* Packers, King Mike – J Cole

I’m giving myself J Cole. Cole World at this point in his career is seen as an OG rapper to the new generation coming up even though he is in his 30s. Known for being a Conscience rapper J. Cole still can get down with any genre of in the hip hop game. In terms of Madden, I do view myself as a well-versed player with different play styles. Although J. Cole has never been considered top in the game, he is always on people’s top 5 to 10 list. He doesn’t carry a chip on his shoulder like I do, however, he’s quick to showcase lyrics that will Put you in your place if you get a little disrespectful.

* Lions, Curt – Meek Mill

Meek Milli goes to Curt. The once powerhouse rapper who had a couple of hits that held his own with his label boss Rick Ross has since fallen from grace. Curt at one point in PML was feared. Now however the luster has faded. Meek got hits don’t get it twisted, but he’s no Jose… i mean Rozay!

* Bears, SpDot – Russ

I’m giving SpDot Russ. I dont know much about Russ but I do know every song I hear from him is solid with lyrics and a flow that on point. I also know he is independent and does his own thing. That’s a lot like SpDot who has no “PML crew” that he runs with. SP jus loads up and hops on that virtual field the same way Russ hops in the booth and spits his raps… then goes on about his day.

* Vikings, CEO – Fabolous

Bar for bar Fabolous can rhyme with the best of them. His main detriment is when its time to put together a full body of work on an album. That’s kinda like CEO. The man can hoop and beat the best, but when its time to really make some noise CEO is known to drop a dud. CEO and Fabolous are both revered as specialist that are good at their craft… borderline great. But they got no trophies… and never will…

Z COMPARISONS

* Packers, King Mike – Kendrick Lamar.

Outside of Mike having his discord profile’s “about me” as a Kendrick lyric, this comparison fits perfectly. Mike has a super bowl and has built a brand of winning no matter what team or division he’s ended up in, much like Kendrick and his critically acclaimed discography. He’s also not afraid to step out and stir up some controversy or make a statement.

* Lions, Curt – Da Baby. Much like Da Baby

and his 2018-2019 mixtape run of Blank Blank (21), Baby on Baby (Suge, Goin Baby, etc.), and Kirk (Vibez, Bop), Curt too once had a great run. During the madden 20 season, he was a dangerous opponent (looking at you Tamorrion Terry) with a strong run defense and a top tier elite passing game. However, much like Da Baby, that formula never changed, and people no longer want to hear the same flow (or see the same plays). He’s been left scrambling for answers ever since

* Bears, SpDot – Nav.

Before you ask “who is NAV or why NAV”, allow me to explain. Nav has been around since 2017 and has surprisingly been able to stay relevant/successful. There’s a constant debate about whether he’s actually a good artist or if his production carries him (much like the debate about whether Spdot was buoyed by that Jets team). Despite the questions, he does have reputable work such as his feature on Yosemite with Gunna and Travis Scott as well as on Lemonade with Don Toliver (both of which have gone platinum and can be compared to his Super Bowl Ring).

Vikings, CEO – Birdman. This was one of the tougher comparisons for me to make. Much like birdman, CEO’s consistency can’t be brought into question. He’s been a lock for 10 wins just about every cycle. Pair him with a great supporting cast like the Cowboys (Lil Wayne) or Vikings (Drake) and you know what you’re getting every time. However, when the lights come on and his solo performance is in the spotlight (the playoffs or a verse), he often underwhelms and you want to skip to the next song. CEO has yet to get the playoff monkey off his back and will need to if he ever wants to take that next step.

* Packers, King Mike – Nas

Mike like Nas will never get the respect he deserves but everybody knows he is one of the best PML has ever had . All Nas needs is one mic and all mike needs is one back . Make the old man feel a type of way in gen chat and i hope “you got yourself a gun” sometimes mike looks at JT and thinks “if i ruled the world “ i would’ve been kicked HD

* Lions, Curt – Lil yachty

Curt could have a hit every now and then but in the end his game is cold as “Poland’”. He can slang that rock “ from the D to the A” but in the end he ain’t a yacht  he a “lil boat”

* Bears, SpDot – meek Mill

Dot Has “ dreams and nightmares” when thinking about the jets he got last cycle Vs the Bears this cycle . He still is an undeniable talent . But trying to build the bears is proving to be “expensive pain”  but you can’t  take away from him that one time he delivered “championships”

* Vikings, CEO – big daddy Kane

“ ain’t no half steppin” when it comes to this “smooth operator” he was such a great player during his time period it’s a shame the game has passed him by but nobody will ever forget his memorable contributions to the league, including unbelievably boring tweets

DRAMA’s COMPARISONS

* Packers, King Mike – Scarface:

True definition of a veteran in the game. A OG in every sense of the phrase. Was laying down fire versus and molding the Culture since most of y’all was in pampers. When you think of the greats, he may not be 1 or 2, but he’s definitely in the conversation of top 5 dead or alive. (Untouchable, No Tears, Mary Jane)

* Lions, Curt – Fat Joe:

Known for dropping bangers every once in a while but really ain’t been the same since Pun died (Jose). Always shines on tracks when he’s got a feature with a well known artist, but when he doesn’t have that competitive push his bars can leave you desiring more. (The Profit, Lean Back, All the Way Up)

* Bears, SpDot –

* Vikings, CEO – Ice Cube –

Another OG and definitely a member of the NWA. Classic style, not too many metaphors or punch lines, just straight bars, no cut, no chaser. Don’t get it twisted tho, this ain’t that hip hop a hippy to the hip hop s***, this some lethal injection for yo a**. (You know how we do it, No Vaseline, Today Was a Good Day)
