PML WEEK 7 POWER RANKINGS

Graphics: Wumbo

Analysis 1-16: Jcclutch

Analysis 17-32: Arod

1. Jacksonville Jaguars (7-0) ~

A very successful week for the last undefeated team in PML as the Jaguars won their divisional game against the Colts by 3 scores while getting DJ Moore’s air yards down and Travis Etienne’s carry share down. Now they’ll have their bye to get healthy before their rematch with the Colts.

2. Los Angeles Rams (6-1) ~

The Rams look to be back to their elite level of play with a crushing blowout of Cammy and the Bengals. Everything was clicking for DK and it’ll need to stay that way as they play the defending super bowl champ Bucs next.

3. Green Bay Packers (5-1-1) +1

A nice blowout for Mike and the Packers puts them back in the lead in the crowded NFC North. This team has gone back to Aaron Rodgers and benefited as a result. They’ll have to beat a surging Chiefs team to stay atop the toughest division in PML this season.

4. Minnesota Vikings (5-1) +1

One spot below they’re division rivals, CEO and the Vikings are still a very talented team, but going to overtime with the Lions when the Bears crushed them the week before is a bit of a bad look. They play Burn and will look to have as dominant a win against them as the Packers had.

5. Buffalo Bills (5-2) -2

A surprising loss for Tbruh and the Bills against Denver but they are still right atop the AFC and will look to put that one behind them as a fluke. If they can beat the defending AFC Champ Ravens they’ll feel great again.

6. New York Giants (5-2) +6

Madden called the Giants super bowl favorites in their players’ motivations and the start of the season has made that prediction look possible. Cook took down Wumbo with ease and will now get a chance to feast on Brock Purdy.

7. Washington Commanders (4-2) +1

Wimmy had the longest bye ever thanks to the league lockout but the lack of play won’t matter a ton as the Commanders play the CPU Cowboys who would probably be OP if they ever ran the ball. Still will be an important game with the Giants out ahead and the Eagles competing.

8. Chicago Bears (4-2) +1

The NFC North is loaded with these Bears being 3rd in the division despite being a respected team throughout the league. Spdot also dealt with the long bye but it might actually hurt them as they have to play a Raiders team that has looked pretty good this season.

9. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-2) +2

Another team that dealt with the longest bye ever, Codes and the Bucs have looked a lot better recently than they did to start the season but hopefully the break didn’t set them back as they’ll have their toughest game yet against DK and the Rams. At least the division is in the bag probably.

10. Las Vegas Raiders (5-2) -4

Matigy had this team 5-0 looking like they could be one of the best teams in PML. Then they lost to the Packers in a close game, unfortunate but still an impressive start. Now they dropped another one to the Dolphins while only scoring 10 points. They need to get a hold of their identity as they play a competitive Bears team.

11. Denver Broncos (4-2-1) +3

A great upset win for Deebo and the Broncos, the AFC West has once again become a tossup and this was a mega important game to stay in that race. They now play Fallen and the Jets on a 5 game losing streak as they hope to stay in the playoff picture.

12. Kansas City Chiefs (4-3) +10

The 3 team race for the AFC West is pretty entertaining and with Jac beating the Jets by a nice amount with a productive offense and stifling defense. To keep up in the division they’ll have to do their best against one of the NFC’s best in the Packers.

13. Miami Dolphins (4-2) +5

Que has now matched his season 1 win total in just 6 games and this one was against a Raiders team that has looked playoff caliber. With the trade for a real franchise quarterback, this team is ready to compete now and for the rest of the cycle only 0.5 games behind in the AFC East. An easy matchup with HD is up next.

14. Cincinnati Bengals (4-3) -7

The Bengals started the season hot hot hot and now they are just not. An atrocious loss against a great Rams team but these are games they have to compete in if they want to make postseason noise. They’ll need to beat Z and the Seahawks if they want to keep their division lead safe.

15. Baltimore Ravens (4-4) +5

Ke and the Ravens looked very much more like themselves for one of the first times this season in their 28-11 win over Bubba and the Titans. They have an uphill battle to get the division back starting with a tough game against the Bills but I assume they’ll be back in the playoffs and hungry.

16. Arizona Cardinals (4-3) +5

Rounding out the top half is Dlloyd and the Cardinals coming off of an important division win over the Seahawks. They are currently competing for a wildcard spot and that road continues with Greeny and the Falcons.

17. Tennessee Titans (4-3) -7

After a close win vs Arod and the Steelers, Bubba goes down to King K and the Ravens by 3 scores.  Barely beating Arod, Jcclutch, and Drama doesn’t exactly illustrate a serious contender over in Tennessee.

18. Seattle Seahawks (4-3) -5

A once serious contender catches a break vs Dramaman and the Texans.  Could easily by 3-4 if Dramaman lined his kicks to close the game.  The Seahawks then go on to lose the following week to the Cardinals.  Not many times does ZStar have his back against the wall, but I am confident he will pull through.

19. Atlanta Falcons (4-3) ~

A half game behind the Buccaneers for 1st, the Falcons get a clean game from Ridder as the hold on vs CPU Cowboys.  The 4-3 record may not be pretty, but they’re in contention for the division and wildcard.

20. Philadelphia Eagles (4-3) -5

After a solid 3 game win streak, Wumbo comes back to reality in week 7.  I anticipate the Eagles to sit at 5-3 after week 8’s matchup against the Patriots.  Unfortunately, the schedule gods do not align with Wumbo as I see tough roads ahead essentially making it difficult for them to sneak into the playoffs.

21. Indianapolis Colts (2-4) +2

The Colts are one of the sneakier teams to assess in the AFC.  Sure they’re 2-4, losers of 3 straight, but they have played the 2nd toughest schedule in PML (.618) and they have a positive point differential (+8) which is better than some teams above them in the standings.  Still trying to figure them out, but it’s truly difficult with the direction they went in with QB this season.

22. San Francisco 49ers (3-3) -6

Really not sure what they’re trying to prove in San Francisco, starting a 58 overall quarterback when you’re in a position to make a playoff run and have star-dev Trey Lance, 23, sitting on your bench.  I respect the underdog story, but an already underdog user shouldn’t be creating sub-underdog stories- if that makes any sense.

23. New Orleans Saints (3-4) -6

Put up 105 total yards and got waxed by the cream of the crop in the NFC as they lost to the Packers 38-10.  The upcoming schedule is brutal (JAX, CHI, TB, & MIN).  Could quickly turn into another rebuilding year in New Orleans.

24. Detroit Lions (2-5) ~

Baker Mayfield may be playing out his last season as a starting quarterback in PML.  Lions will turn their attention to the draft and start taking a look at rookie slingers.

25. New York Jets (2-5) ~

Make that now 5 in a row lost by the Fallen and the Jets.  Could it be a confidence thing?  This roster is ready to go, can’t quite pinpoint the potential holes Fallen may be dealing with on the depth charts. Very unbecoming performances from a usually solid user.  Zach Wilson survived the trade deadline, but the off-season may be a different story.  CC: Indy & Det.

26. Dallas Cowboys (1-6) ~

The Cowboys were abandoned this season.  CPU hasn’t been doing CPU things.  Hurry home Jefe.

27. New England Patriots (2-5) ~

With week 7 still unplayed by the time this was written up, Nef may be able to pull out win #2 vs JT and gain some momentum with a quick turnaround vs Wumbo and the Eagles.  Or is he playing for draft positioning?  Let’s find out.

28. Los Angeles Chargers (1-6) ~

Not quite sure what’s going on in Los Angeles, will this be a rip down the house type cycle, or will they stick with the weapons they were equipped in?  I truly hope to see them use the roster they were gifted with and make some noise in season 3- it would be the ultimate miscarriage of justice otherwise.

29. Houston Texans (1-6) +2

Drama is back! He takes down Arod, and is now ready to take down all in front of him.  Lookout PML, the monster we all feared has officially arrived!

30. Pittsburgh Steelers (0-7) -1

Still winless, off-season moves backfired, no 1st or 2nd round pick in upcoming draft.  How will Arod survive this one? What a mess over in Pittsburgh.

31. Cleveland Browns (0-6) -1

Even messier in Cleveland though.  No picks, no wins.  The good thing is Arod vs Vet is happening week 8. One will reign supreme.

 32. Carolina Panthers (0-6) ~

JT could potentially take his first win of the cycle in a couple of minutes vs Nef and the Patriots.  It’s gotta happen eventually, right?
