Wassup PML, me and my favorite canadian collbabed to do some different type of content giving out awards that might cause some friction in the chat. Enjoy!
TBRUH
- Biggest Disappointment: Jefe – After making the year one Superbowl and being a contender for the majority of the cycle last year Jefe has fallen off a bit. Going into this cycle he was given a good cowboys squad, so I expected the success to continue but that’s clearly not the case. So far, he’s a combined 12- 15 and while he’s missed some games he has not looked like same player as last cycle. We saw his play drop when he lost Arod so is that the real Jefe or will he get back into his old form? He has the roster to turn it around so there’s not many excuses but only time will tell. I believe in you Jefe!
- Best User Stick Skill: Deebo – When you play Deebo on defense he definitely lives up to the nickname as you feel him every time, he hits you. He’s one of those guys you get annoyed with like “ Mf if you hit player like that one more time it’s up for yo a**”. What makes him the best is that he’s elite on both sides and I think his stick is better on the offensive side of the ball in all honesty. He’s good at cut sticking, spinning and everything that comes with running along with juking into the proper hole that only a few can do.
- Best Runner: Wimmy – I have Wimmy as my best runner, but it was hard as Hypemike and Matigy are a close second. Everybody knows Wimmy does not like to throw the ball and he’s still able to be successful in the run game against 8- and 9-man boxes. You could be containing him for majority of the game but one slip up and he’s off to the races while making something out of nothing often. Wimmy knows when to be patient letting the hole develop, when to get skinny and is pretty good in the open field, which are all qualities of a good runner.
- Worst Team Builder: Drama – Just like below besides Noble, Dramaman ids the worst team builder by far and it’s unanimous. Drama claims to be this savant that knows everything about team management buy has shown in the last 2 cycles that he’s far from that. From trading away DK for basically 2 early 2ndround picks and completely wasting a talented Seahawks roster to this year where he traded all his draft capital for 2 older star players that he’s poorly utilizing. Drama could’ve had a franchise qb at pick 2 along with 2 top 10 picks this year to build on but you know how Drama gets down. All love big patty!
Comeback coach of the year: Cammy – Like some awards listed this one is also unanimous; Cammy has gone from a consensus top 5-15 pick to a legitimate threat in the Afc they had a Afc championship appearance while knocking me out in round 1. Cammy has always been a runner, but his balanced attack has made him a force to be wrecking with and with the help of Joey B and those abilities I think he’s here to stay. Overall, Cammy has been smarter with the football along with just an upgrade in gameplay, so you got to give it to him.
Most annoying chat user: HD – HD is the most annoying chat user and I’m pretty sure it would be unanimous among all users. HD always has something to say about somebody or he’ll give his 2 cents when nobody asked for it. From coming into chat to complain about how the game went or somebody’s gameplay Hd is always all over the place. He’s done things like try to get people kicked or getting extra personal when heated and don’t ever disagree with him because he’s never wrong about anything… Before HD gets upset with me, he’s gotten much better but is still annoying as h*** at times.
Most Overhyped: Ceo – Ceo is my guy for real and as much as it pains me, I had to pick 1 person. Ceo in my eyes is still a top 12 user but he’s overhyped in my eyes. We were in the same division for an entire cycle, and I won it 3 out of 5 seasons and I beat him to go to a Super Bowl but he’s always ranked ahead of me by other users. My h2h record is positive although we’ve had some crazy battles and he brings the best out of me! Since I’ve been here ceo has been given the Vikings and Cowboys twice and has 1 Nfc championship to show for it (maybe 2). Although Ceo has mainly had tough divisions, he’s never been to the ghetto, and I have no reason why. Ceo is a good guy, and everyone likes him (besides ke) but for some reason he’s not held to the same standard as others, and everyone thinks so highly of him as a player.
Best Drafter: Nef – I could be wrong as there are many candidates worthy of being the top drafter like cook, Ke n etc. Nef has shown he’s one of the best at doing his homework on the draft as he’s drafted 2 superstar or X- factor players with his 2 first round picks in the first draft of the Pml cycle last year and this year. During his tenure in Pittsburgh he drafted ( DT Jordan Davis and CB Sauce Gardner) and this year with the Patriots he drafted (CB Kelee Ringo and CB Eli Ricks). As we all know the first draft is probably the most important as you get to develop those players for the longest and Nef has hit it out the park along with some key gems in later rounds throughout the cycle. Like I said there’s some other worthy candidates but from what I can remember Nef might be the best. And no that does not mean nef gets the most out of his players like others, but he drafts some d*** good ones.
CAMMY
- Biggest disappointment: HD – I know a lot of people would be wondering why I had any faith in HD to begin with, but I really thought he was going to be able to make something happen with that Chargers squad. They are pretty much loaded everywhere on that roster and have had key abilities in some of the best positions. HD has continued to fall short with one of the best rosters again in PML hopefully he can turn it around soon.
- Most stick skill: Hype mike – If you have ever tried to tackle this man in the open field, he will have you juked out of your shoes it is disgusting what this kid can do on the sticks. Whether it comes to defensive usering, passing, or running hypemike by far has the best stick skills in PML.
- Best runner: Hypemike – There’s a lot of good runners in PML but there’s not really a runner like Mike. Mike is able to make something out of nothing even if the box is loaded on him, he is by far the most talented runner in PML and I’m positive if he didn’t like passing so much, he could win a game by straight up running every play.
- Best passer: Tbandit – Tbandit is one of the best passers in PML no doubt. His ability to read zones and anticipate defenders before making throws is what makes him top tier in PML at throwing. No matter what quarterback he has he has the ability to make some of the craziest throws you would ever see in Madden. Don’t run zone against him because he will pick it apart no problem.
- Worst team builder: Drama – Do I got to say much? He traded all his high-end draft assets for aging superstar players… he also made a trade for Jameis Winston to be his future at the Qb position… Come on man.
- Comeback coach of the year: Kingke – Kingke has made a tremendous leap from last cycle to this cycle whether it be more involvement in content or dominating on the sticks. He was ranked #21 by all users in PML and this year without a doubt you could easily put him in the top 10 of PML users this cycle. Making the Superbowl in season 1 and showing that he really is that guy I don’t think there’s a better person for this award.
- Best Drafter: NEF – Nef had one of the craziest seasons 1 drafts and he definitely needed it for that POVERTY patriot squad. Hopefully he’s able to continue his drafting success because if he doesn’t, he might not ever sniff the playoffs again. Most annoying chat user HD Stop trolling people d*** man…
- Most overhyped: Bubba – I don’t think Bubba is bad i just think Bubba is in the same boat as me although better than me. He had a god squad which was his favorite team, and he was able to perform crazy and without that team he’s back to the middle of the pack. Once again, I don’t think he’s trash just not top 5 or 10.
