What were the keys to the team’s victory this week?
We just had to tap in and never fold. Are only focus was holding the Bills under 30 points. We said if we did that, we like our chances. The defense held one of the top QBs to under 250 passing yards and only allowed TD in the air. That’s a W when talking about a Josh Allen. Of course having Waddle back on the field is a huge boost both skill wise and for the confidence of the team. He showed why he was truly missed on this offense and the incredible super star he is.
What is the status of Mike Gesicki and when is he set to return?
Mike is taking it a day at a time. We told him not to rush it and comeback when he’s ready. He may miss this first meeting against divisional rival Jets, but promises he’ll back for the 2nd matchup as a Wildcard.
Some would say this team has the toughest remaining schedule ahead. How do you prepare for such a difficult remaining schedule?
After looking at the other schedules, we definitely have a tougher road. But we honestly prefer it this way. If we are able to make the playoffs we will go in with much confidence with our teaming having weathered the storm to get there. We believe it’s better being battle tested than just having a free walk to the dance every year. We are taking it one game at a time. Every game is win or go home.
