What are your thoughts about the Seahawks going into this week?
With the way that we lost last week, this is a must win game to even have a chance at the playoffs. If we lose then we are out of the playoffs for the second year in a row. We are looking at this game as a playoff game and all our players know whats on the line.
Can you summarize what it was like playing against the Titans last week?
The Titans were a great team who was fighting for their playoff lives like we were. We went into the game with the mindset that we could have success throwing the football. Bryce Young has played well this season except in a few games. In the game he played his worst game of the season. His accuracy was terrible. He missed wide open receivers, while throwing interceptions directly to the defense. This was the first game where he truly looked like a rookie.
Can you talk about what it’s like to prepare to go against a player like D.K. Metcalf?
D.K Metcalf is a game changer who can break away from the defense at any point. The Seahawks are going to want to hit him deep so we will be matching him up with our best corner. The hope is that Lattimore can take Metcalf out of the game and force Stroud to go elsewhere with the ball.
