Reporter: Coach, how do you plan on turning this team around and achieving success in your first season?
Coach CB: Our focus will be on building a strong foundation, both on and off the field. We will emphasize discipline, teamwork, and a winning mentality. We have a talented roster and I’m confident that with hard work and a commitment to improvement, we can compete at a high level.
Reporter: Can you speak to the challenges of being a first-time head coach in the NFL?
Coach CB: Definitely. It’s a big challenge, but I’m ready for it. The NFL is a highly competitive and fast-paced environment, and I know that I have a lot to learn. However, I have faith in my coaching staff and our players, and I’m excited to hit the ground running and prove what we can do.
Reporter: What kind of offense and defense do you plan on running?
Coach CB: Our offense will be built around versatility, balance, and the strengths of our players. On defense, we will focus on stopping the run, creating turnovers, and putting pressure on the quarterback. We will be multiple in our approach and adjust to the strengths and weaknesses of our opponents.
