Can you talk about the development of Jared HarrisonHunte so far?
Jared HarrisonHunte was one of our top draft prospects and we were glad when he fell to us. He has an impressive ability of stopping both the run and having enough strength and agility to rush the passer. He was injured in our 3rd preseason game, but he should be able to return by week 2 of the regular season.
Are you seeing the speed of the game starting to slow down for some of the rookies?
Our rookies from last season were thrown into the fire and came out unscathed. Jack Campbell, our MLB, finished the season with a pro bowl appearance along with the honor of NFC Defensive rookie of the year.
Our other rookie pro bowl players include Elijah Cooks who will be stepping into a WR2 role this season and Tyler Davis our number 1 defensive tackle.
Some would say your roster is one of the better teams in the league. Would you agree with that? Do you see any weaknesses in your team as you self-scout?
We made a lot of moves this off-season to compete not only for the division, but also for a Super Bowl. I do believe we have one of better rosters this season. This season we’ll look to improve our pass defense something that we struggled with last year.
