Some would say your roster is one of the better teams in the league. Would you agree with that? Do you see any weaknesses in your team as you self-scout?
I definitely agree with that i just don’t take it as a slight as it’s attended to be . We all go these teams two years ago and had decisions to make . Some did the work and are reaping the benifits and some didn’t . Im not gone apologize for targeting players the day i got my team to grow . Putting AR in them and winning scenario after scenario and making deep playoff runs which took my team from 82 overall to 90
How do you rank the biggest changes to this team over the off-season by importance? What do you think were the team's best moves? Was there anything you wish you would have done that didn't get to do?
The best move was getting speed at the Wr position in worthy . The thing i wish i could go back and do was at pick 2.25 i stared at Arian smith but. I didn’t putt lol thr trigger cause it would be another Wr and i drafted a player who should be cut
The majority of your team is under the age of 26. Is that a conscious effort to have such a young team?
Yes we don’t want to see regression i want these players to keep getting better so every season i have a better chance to kick a**
