Did you scout Caleb Williams before the draft? If so, what stood out about him?

I did not. Unfortunately we traded what could have been the Caleb Williams lottery ticket for Chris Jones the season prior. A trade into the top 3 was very unlikely with our assets.

What are your thoughts about the Patriots just in general as a team?

The Patriots are a young and raw team. The have a lot of drafted talent all over the field and in a season or 2 they will be in a better position to compete for a wildcard position. I think they are headed in the right direction and aside from dealing their future 1st pick for Najee Harris, they have all the pieces to become one of the better rosters in the league. They just need to figure a way to put it all together.

Who is your quarterback, and why?

Our quarterback is Tom Brady who we signed for 26m/1yr. We started with a pretty bad quarterback room (Pickett / Trubisky) and rolled with that season 1. In the middle of the season we submitted several deals for Dak Prescott which were denied by the TC. Season 2 we acquired Trevor Lawrence after several denials from the TC, we sent more than we would have liked to. With him losing his ability season 2, we parted ways before he was due for a big resign and cashed him in for Sauce Gardner. After dealing away Tlaw, we submitted deals for Aaron Rodgers which were denied by the TC. He ultimately retired anyway as we were trying to rework the deal. That left us in a position to sign a free agent so we went with the GOAT Tom Brady. And here we are today.
