Analysis 1-16: Jcclutch

Analysis 17-32: Arod

Giants (9-1): We have a new number 1 because even though they aren’t undefeated, the Giants just thrashed the Cowboys who were the hottest team in PML. They look the best they’ve looked this cycle with maybe the deepest team out there, they should be a threat to make and win the Super Bowl.

Bengals (9-0): They stay undefeated but they drop down to #2 because it wasn’t pretty without Quentin Skinner. Joe Burrow is still that guy though and the Bengals are still the AFC front runners after taking down the Raiders.

Jaguars (8-1): The Jaguars played the Vikings closer than they should have but the offense still rolled under Justin Fields as they maintained their tight division lead. Mike plays the competing Jets next who look solid.

Ravens (8-2): The star studded Ravens took care of business against the Steelers but despite being 8-2 are the 5 seed in the AFC because of the Bengals. This division is far from locked down though and Ke has to keep the pressure on as they hit their bye.

Rams (8-2): The Rams retook the NFC West from the Seahawks with a clean sweep of them and I don’t think they’ll look back. They play the Vikings who despite a 2-8 record are playing fine football. An always important NFC matchup.

Cowboys (7-2): A tough tough loss against a good Giants team but not what the Cowboys wanted. Jefe has proven himself as a contender but if he’s unable to take down a division rival it’s hard to imagine it getting better come playoff time. They get to play the Bears next to stay secured as the NFC’s 5 seed.

Texans (8-2): Drama won in overtime over the TItans and the Texans are a very good 8-2 and a near lock for the playoffs. That should be a successful season, but Drama is running his mouth so unfortunately I think they’ll need a playoff win to truly say they contended and did what they wanted.

Seahawks (7-2): The Seahawks came out on top but don’t look the same after losing to the Rams twice. Z has this team as a contender but they’ve fallen to a wildcard spot and are in danger of being one and done come playoff time again. Big game against the Dolphins this week.

Raiders (6-4): Disappointing loss for the Raiders as the offense was the real problem even though the defense folded at the end. They couldn’t finish drives and get those touchdowns and the AFC West still doesn’t have a clear leader. It may become an uphill battle as they play the Bucs next.

Broncos (6-4): The Broncos are on a 3 game winning streak and right in the race for the AFC West crown and a wildcard spot if not. They’re flying under the radar right now with a chance to really have a good looking record if they beat their division RIval Chiefs this week who are the only team in their division not currently on the playoff cusp or in.

Bucs (7-3): The Bucs continue to not be consistent or good against division matchups even in the lowly NFC South and that is more than concerning in this stacked conference. The Bucs user needs to start making statements (without breaking rules) and it can start with a win over a Raiders team that just gave the last undefeated team its best game yet.

Packers (6-3): Old Mike comes in off a tight win against one of the better AFC teams in the Dolphins but still only maintains a tie-breaker lead in his division. The Packers haven’t been the same offensively with Hendon Hooker but they are in a great spot overall and can continue towards contending again by taking the Commanders down.

Bears (6-3): The Bears come off their bye after losing a failed comeback attempt against the Texans but still find themselves neck and neck for the division. They still need to prove they can win the big games in the NFC and this week is a real test against the Cowboys coming off of their own loss.

Commanders (5-4): Wimmy has recovered from his slow start and is right back in playoff contention although he still sits slightly out of it at the moment. He took care of business against the Eagles but now moves on to the Packers in a real test to get back to the playoffs for a shot to be back in the conference championship and win this time.

Dolphins (5-4): The Dolphins lost in a heartbreaker to a top NFC team in the Packers. They still sit in the lead in the AFC East by half a game and they’re going to need to start stringing wins together. They play the Seahawks and have to regain their footing sooner than later.

Colts (5-4): The Colts come off their bye not where they want to be in the AFC South or the AFC as a whole. A lot of games left but not a lot of easy ones. It starts with a division test against the struggling Titans who have an explosive offense.

Chargers (5-4): Chargers take care of business  at home against the winless Browns to climb above .500 and stay in the divisional race.  Toney has changed the offense for the better in Los Angeles and has solidified himself as an instant game changer.  If they want to compete, they need to solidify the defense.

Jets (5-5):  Tough loss against the Seahawks as they go down 41-38.  They’re competing with the upper-end teams, something they didn’t do last season.  Dolphins lost as well so damage was minimized as they remain neck and neck for the division.

Lions (3-6): There is life in Detroit! LQ comes in and instantly makes the Lions a possible playoff contender next season as they win back to back wins under the new users.  Motor City, your prayer has been answered.

Vikings (2-8):  Vikings lose to the Jaguars keeping the trend alive.  They now have 8 losses with none of them over a 1 score game.  Even more absurd, at 2-8, they have a positive point differential (+5).  Crazy right? (JC Note: They shouldn’t have a positive point differential)

Titans (3-7):  The season is all but over in Tennessee.  Not what we expected this cycle from Bubba.  Going to be a long cycle the way the rest of the division is playing.  To make matters worse, Bijan will not be Bijan anymore after some league punishments were handed out.

49ers (3-7):  The Trey Lance era in San Francisco is coming to an ugly end as they will more than likely move on from him this off-season.  One name swirling around the rumor mill is Joe Milton III who they failed to acquire from New England this season who may be available this off season.  Or perhaps will they draft a quarterback this late in the cycle? Stay tuned Niner fans.

Patriots (2-7): Lost a close one at home to new Lions user Lqnoble.  The growing pains continue for Coach Nef.  The George Pickens and Najee Harris reunion was a dud as neither made an impact on the offense.  With the Steelers holding the Patriots 1st and 2nd round picks, these two guys won’t be missed in Pittsburgh.

Cardinals (3-6):   The Cardinals season is all but over and they must now head back to the drawing board and figure out how to ignite this team on both sides of the ball.  Think its time to take James Conner behind the shed and unleash Marshawn Lloyd!

Bills (2-7): Heading into an identity game vs the Texans as both users are trending in the complete opposite directions.  We should learn a lot after the outcome of this one.  The season is all but over- it’s all about pride and development now in Buffalo.

Chiefs (3-6):  After starting off 3-2, the Chiefs have now dropped 4 straight and seem like the odd man out of a very tight race in the AFC West.  Though not out of it, their backs are against the wall.

Saints (2-8): They won, but boy it was ugly. Desmond Ridder and Bryce Young combined for 0 touchdowns and 8 interceptions.  The Saints were carried by two defensive touchdowns in a 24-17 victory over the Falcons.

Eagles (3-6): The Eagles are clearly having a rough time in this division and will continue to for the rest of the cycle. Hard to determine the potential of CBBrooks when he’s lined up against Wimmy, Jefe and Cook 2x a season.  Talk about being thrown into the fire.

Falcons (2-7): The Falcons will certainly explore quarterback options this offseason as Desmond Ridder just isn’t the answer in Atlanta.  A team once destined to make a run this season may fall into a bottom 5 draft selection.

Steelers (1-8): Got slapped around by the Ravens this week, what else is new in Pittsburgh.  Joe Milton III replaced Tom Brady in the 2nd half and led a much more efficient offense as he threw for 2 scores in the blowout loss.  Decisions, decisions, decisions…

Panthers (1-8): The Panthers entered the bye week on a 7 game losing streak.  The good news is the Falcons are on deck and they have a decent chance to get back into the win column .  They’re a fun team to watch win or lose as you never know what to expect.

Browns (0-10): It could be 2017 all over again in Cleveland as they continue to search for their first win of the season and Miles first career dub.  :::Checks schedule::: Cookie this week, nope..perhaps week 15 (PIT) or 17 (NO).  Hang in there Miles, I know the feeling well.
