Over your career, what makes a team better at not turning the ball over as the season goes along? What kind of things you need to emphasize? How much of it is coaching? How much of it is a mental part? Physical part?
First off….I only got time for 3 questions and you just used up about 5 of em. But really it just comes down to discipline; and discipline is formed through practice.
The offense in general is having a bit of a slow start, but it’s early and there’s still a lot of talent on that side of the ball. So is your thought process that it’ll work itself out and the points will come or do you feel like you need to change something, fix something?
What do you define as offense? Our defense is our offense and the way I see it our defense is getting off to a fast start. We want to carry this over into week 1.
Can you speak to the overall team health?
So far our training staff has been great at applying evidence based practice to keep our guys healthy for the season. This preseason has been heavily focused on health. We need all hands on deck this season.
