Can you talk about the development of Cade Klubnik so far?
Cade development with any young Qb is a process. we do like what we are seeing in practice and in games but there's no need to rush him if he's not ready to lead the team. That's the reason we brought in Stafford. Who can coach Cabe up as well as lead the team until he's ready.
How has Matthew Stafford’s experience in the league helped the team so far?
As I've said before bring in Stafford is great not just for Cabe but the entire offense. Coming with the abundant knowledge that he has can benefit everyone on the team.
What is the status of Alton McCaskill IV and when is he set to return?
He set to make his debut this week. Getting injured really slowed our ability to get him out there and give him a bunch of touches to see if he can spell Cook when we need him.
I want to ask you about the receiver position in general. How have you seen that position evolve in importance over the years and how does having a player like WR Justin Jefferson sort of factor into that perspective?
Having a game changer like Jefferson is a blessing in disguise. I think it's great if he's able to dominate the game and by him doing that it puts more attention towards him which will allow our younger guys to make plays. We seen them do it in practice but when the light is the brightest we hope it transcends to that moment.
