SZN 4 Playoff Predictions

Season 4 is upon us here in Pml and outside of season 3, season 4 is always the most competitive as literally everybody’s team is where it needs to be so there’s 0 excuses to be had from anybody. Some users will fall off and some users will rise back to the top, which is the beauty of a new season. I’m here today to predict playoff spots 1-7 from each conference along with my division winners..

AFC Divisional winners

AFC West: Raiders – I have Matigy winning the division and there’s not much to talk about as he pretty much has a stranglehold over all of his division mates. He made some questionable moves in the offseason losing Tae but it won’t be enough for anybody to overtake him. The Chiefs and Broncos lost their best player while the Chargers lost their best defensive player, so it’ll be interesting to see how they keep up.

AFC North: Ravens – The Ravens finished 2nd last season along with a first-round playoff exit and I’m sure he won’t let that happen again. Doc is up in the air but we know Cammy is going to hoop and Arod is arod. Ke is p***** with the way the season ended so I know he’ll come out ready to go and come take back what’s been his for the majority of the cycle.

AFC East: Bills – Yes, I’m picking myself, but I honestly feel really good about this upcoming season. After going 6-11 and having my worse season in Pml ever the Bills have made moves addressing key positions like OL and DT while keeping the rest of the roster together. The Dolphins are obviously not an easy out and the Jets along with the Pats have all got better so it won’t be an easy road, but we’ve seen tougher.

AFC South: Colts – I don’t really have much faith in this pick but I’m rolling with Jc and the Colts. Mikes history says he’ll be able to operate with 3 new rookie corners, but my gut says this will be the time he suffers. It’s season 4 and everybody got better but him, so it comes down to 3 teams and The Colts own the Texans and the Titans aren’t there just yet, so I have the Colts winning their first division crown of the cycle.

NFC Divisional winners

NFC West: Rams – The Rams season ended getting dominated by a divisional foe that they had got the best of the majority of the cycle had to leave a bad taste in DK’s mouth and will have the season 2 super bowl winner out for blood. He lost Cam Akers but added Tre White and Jc Jackson to a defense that’s already top 3 giving Dk the bet CB room in the league by far with the Packers being 1b but as a 3-4 man unit the Rams are the best. It”ll be tough.

NFC North: Packers – After coming in 2nd last season Mike went and made some moves to make sure that was a one-time thing. Outside of the Lions adding Davante, none of the other moves his division mates made really moved the needle for me. So, while nobody got substantially better, he went out and got the best young corner in the league to fir his man press scheme. While Ceo didn’t get better we all know he’s out for vengeance after missing the playoffs so while I have Mike winning handily, this could easily be a 4-team race if everyone plays to their potential.

NFC East: Giants – There’s not much to say here as Cook is in a really tough division but his team is just that good. Cook lost his 3rd corner and sent his swing offensive lineman but added a top 5 safety in Derwin James so the rich get richer. Wimmy and Jefe are good coaches that can win almost any division, but Cooks team is just that good and I don’t see anybody unseating him till further notice.

NFC South: Bucs – Codes might be a surprise pick to some but not for me as I feel he’s still in a timeshare. Do I like the moves he made in the offseason? no, did his team get much worse? yes but I still feel that he’s in the head of his divisional opponents outside of Jt. His roster is the worst in the division but I still he’s the best user by far and until somebody in the division steps up to the plate I have to roll with the Bucs, the other coaches are coming though.
