How do you see the competition level in the AFC South currently?
The AFC South is wide open in my opinion. We have won the division the last 3 seasons but now it is time for a new division champion to emerge. I feel like the Titans or Colts could win this division with my team entering a rebuild so late in the cycle.
How do you rank the biggest changes to this team over the off-season by importance? What do you think were the team's best moves? Was there anything you wish you would have done that didn't get to do?
The biggest and only change was my entire CB room. I loved the moves I made, but hated the time I did them. I should've prioritized developing my team over trying to compete consistently for three seasons. We were the 1 seed in season one and made the Super Bowl in season 2 and 3. This is not ideal for a team that is not developing and still really young. I just wish I did this in season 1 honestly.
Can you speak to the overall team health?
This team is never healthy. Both of my elite pass rushers have played under 10 games together. One of them is hurt every single playoff run. We still got some injuries right now and have been plagued with the injury bug all cycle.
