What are your thoughts about the Saints going into this week?
The saints are a very strong team, who have added a couple of playmakers in the offseason to help out their young QB. It’s going to be crucial to stay mistake free this week and play a smart and simple game vs Burn.
Can you summarize what it was like playing against the Cardinals last week?
Playing the Cards was a rollercoaster of emotions. It was far from a perfect outing for our team, but there was a lot we did well, and a lot we can learn from. We are also very excited to have Bijan back, and have Quez and Ty back next week too.
Can you talk about the development of Kelvin Banks Jr. so far?
Kelvin Banks had been put into a great position where can learn behind some vets, with the opportunity to start as soon as last week. Whenever someone goes down Kelvin is going in to get some reps. He’s ready and he’s the best man for the job
Can you talk about what it’s like to prepare to go against a player like George Kittle?
Kittle has been a huge addition to the saints offense this season. The elite TE is a matchup nightmare, and will be a point of emphasis for our defense this week.
The offense in general is having a bit of a slow start, but it’s early and there’s still a lot of talent on that side of the ball. So is your thought process that it’ll work itself out and the points will come or do you feel like you need to change something, fix something?
The offense has been far from perfect, but there has also been so many moving parts thru the first 3 weeks that I don’t think anyone knows what this offense will look like yet. It’s so early in the season, I think we just need to focus on winning a couple games, and let the offense figure itself out over the course of the season
How do you see the competition level in the AFC South currently?
AFC South is the toughest division in PML, and we look to flip that division on its head this year
