What are your thoughts about the Commanders going into this week?

Over your career, what makes a team better at not turning the ball over as the season goes along? What kind of things you need to emphasize? How much of it is coaching? How much of it is a mental part? Physical part?
We emphasize quick and smart decisions with the football. Being confident in our reads, and analyzing what the defense presents us pre and post snap. At our best we feel we're a top 5 offensive unit in the league.
How much of a problem is Jonathan Allen on the defensive line?
Johnathan Allen singlehandedly shuts down running games. Combine him with Trenton Simpson, Chase Young, and Da'Ron Payne, and you have one of the best built units to stop any and all rushing attacks.
I want to ask you about the receiver position in general. How have you seen that position evolve in importance over the years and how does having a player like WR D.K. Metcalf sort of factor into that perspective?
Having a player like D.K. Metcalf is a game changer. He's arguably the best receiver in PML. This makes his suspension all the more ridiculous. His suspension was based off his statistics going into Week 14, a week in which we had a bye week. He was suspended for breaking the air yards rule, which is the result of a combination of the defenses he played against and their inability to stop him, as well as the head coach's philosophy of playing within the rules of the game to win the game. If his stats were analyzed the following week, he was below all necessary requirements and we were unjustly penalized for only 13 games of action with one of the toughest schedules in the league.
As a coach dedicated to making sure his best players perform in a sim manner, and boasting a flawless track record of having no players suspended in my 5 cycles of being in this league, we can't emphasize how impactful the decision to suspend him is, and how ridiculous we believe it to be.
Now we have to go into one of the toughest games in the year without a major component of our offense. We in the Seattle organization feel like we were robbed of perhaps our best opportunity to play for a Super Bowl with this suspension effectively eliminating any chance of him playing in the postseason.
