The Colts have issued a press conference following a disappointing Super Bowl and the news is more shocking than anyone could have imagined.
Effective immediately… Head Coach JC has been moved to an executive role and will just be a part of team building and will not be coaching anymore. According to owner Jim Irsay, this has been decided since week 15 of the regular season and the deep playoff run only makes it more heartbreaking. The Colts will look to find a new coach to bring them back for a chance at the Lombardi Trophy as JC ends with an outstanding regular season record of 37-17 in 3 seasons and an additional 3 games and a playoff record of 3-3 following the recent run. JC hopes to return to coaching in the future but simply has to take a break.
His resume as a GM is even more impressive than his coaching resume as under his input, the Colts have improved every single position since he arrived with the lone exception of running back as Jonathan Taylor was shipped off when the team became a more pass-first offense and wanted to build elsewhere.
Real Reason
I have a summer internship I have to move across the country for and cannot bring my ps5 as I’m being hosted and also will be very busy with work. JT has known about this since week 15 of the regular season so there should be a user to replace me for season 5. Hopefully what I did this cycle is enough to get me a team to start the next cycle. I’m very happy I was able to reach the Super Bowl even if I…. didn’t do great in it. I’m gonna have my computer and phone over the summer though so I am gonna be active and maybe do some content during season 5 from outside the league.
Also, I have 144 content points that JT told me won’t roll over to the next user and I won’t be able to use them before I leave on the 9th. He already said no but if anyone can convince him to let me give them away you can have them.

I leave at the end of this week, June 9th, so I will be doing the majority of the offseason and if I can draft from my phone and the spot isn’t filled yet I’ll even be drafting which is why I said it like I became GM instead of just being fired.
The AFC is now WIDE open like it’s been all cycle, I’ll be rooting for HypeMike and Cammy.
