QB – Joe Burrow
This was a three way decision between Joe Burrow, Justin Herbert, and Patrick Mahomes because of the velocity abilities. Mahomes has the best attributes of the three, but the fearless ability that Burrow has separates him from the other two and gives him the nod.
RB1 – Blake Corum
Another close race, this time between Keaton Mitchell and Blake Corum, but Corum gets the edge due to having the higher speed and weight, along with better abilities. Both are home run hitters, but Corum has the better attributes to get the tough yards.
RB2 – Derrick Henry
Going for a power back in the second RB spot, King Henry is still the top power back in the league. Jonathan Taylor is close, but henry is bigger and just has the knack for running through people and not fumbling.
WR1 – Jamarr Chase
The second Bengal on this list, Chase starter the year as an elite young player with an X-factor dev, the perfect recipe for a dominant cycle, and that is what he has done. He matches elite physical attributes with elite route running to lead a stacked Bengals receiving core.
WR2 – Tyreek Hill
Tough choice between the two Dolphins WRs with 99 speed, but Hill still has the route running edge over Waddle. The second Dolphin on the list, part of the fastest offense in the league.
WR3 – Justin Jefferson
Jefferson has not put up stats similar to the other two WR on this list, but there is no denying his talent. The other two WR are elite deep threats, and while Jefferson is no slouch in that department, he can win anywhere on the field in tough situations.
TE – Kyle Pitts
A player that started of similar to Jamarr Chase, he has taken off to be the best TE in the league, Claypool is close as a receiver, but Pitts is the much superior blocker.
LT – Ronnie Stanley
There are 3 LT with edge protector or secure protector, Stanley has both and the best run blocking of those three.
LG – Quenton Nelson
This one was not close, Nelson has the best attributes of any LG, along with nasty streak once he gets to that next level
C – Creed Humphrey
No truly elite centers, Humphrey is the best of a good not great bunch
RG – Wyatt Teller
Another not elite group, but teller still stands out. Elite run blocker with nasty streak.
RT – Tristian Wirfs
Back to back Buccaneers on the list, this was a two horse race between Wirfs and Evan Neal. Both have secure/edge protector, but Wirfs is more well rounded.
Edge1 – Myles Garrett
Elite attributes paired with elite abilities. Garrett is a top tier defender with a case for best defensive lineman in the league.
Edge2 – Micah Parsons
While not the greatest run defender, Parsons might be the best pass rusher in the league. 93 speed off the edge is not something you can prepare for, and with edge threat you always have to pay attention to Parsons
IDL1 – Jonathan Allen
Maybe the best run stuffer in the league and an above average pass rusher. Inside stuff can wreck games
IDL2 – Devonte Wyatt
This may be a surprise to some, but Wyatt has inside stuff, so he is a great run defender, and he offers a unique pass rushing skillset from the interior.
LB1 – Devin White
One of the fastest linebackers in the league, and he has become an outstanding coverage player, with 90+ zone coverage, the highest in the league.
LB2 – Troy Andersen
This was a tough decision between Roquan Smith, Fred Warner, and Troy, but I chose Andersen due to his speed, and the tip drill ability, but all of the LB are solid choices. It comes down to what type of LB you value.
CB1 – Kelee Ringo
99 speed to match up with any deep threat, 97 man coverage to match up with anyone else, 6’2 is tall enough for most WR.
CB2 – Tariq Woolen
A physical freak at the beginning of the year, it would have been surprising to see him not end up on this list for the next few maddens at the least
CB3 – Lance Boykin
6’3, 96 speed, 97 man, and solid run defense just in case, he is capable of covering all types of WR.
FS – Tyrique Stevenson
Unmatched range on the back end, there was one other player who could have been here, but we will see him later.
SS – Kyle Hamilton
Coming in to this I expected to put Derwin, but Hamilton is similar in almost every way. Hamilton has higher man coverage, slightly better abilities, and is taller
SUBLB – James Williams
6’4, 94 speed, 92 hit power, and an X-Factor just in case
K – Evan McPherson
Great attributes and can’t be iced.
P – AJ Cole
Good punter
