What is the status of Greg Gaines and when is he set to return?
It’s a tough set back for a guy with his attitude that just wants to get out there and help his team win. He will recover fully in no time, but with this only being preseason we don’t want to have him out there making it worse.
How do you see the competition level in the AFC West currently?
Competition is stiff here. Raiders have dominated the division and around the league. They are the only team that has consistently had very impressive wins.
The defense is getting a lot of criticism lately for their level of play. Are you planning to make any changes?
We loaded up this defense in the draft and free agency so this new look should turn some heads around the league. We always got lots of turnovers but you have to be able to simply get off the field sometimes in critical situations. We are looking to do that.
