How to win the division (NFC South)

Saints: I’d say based off last cycle JC has a slight edge for best user in the division. He probably also has the “win now” type of team in the division. JC was known for his great defense, I don’t see that changing with players like Cam Jordan, Demario Davis, Lattimore, Mathieu, ect. When you mix that with users like Nef & JT who are known for their careless mistakes and a team ran by Baker Mayfield, all JC has to do win the division is let the division mates turn the ball over against his gritty defense and play conservative offense.

Falcons: One of the most interesting teams, because they’re sneaky good. It’s all about if nef can continue his season 5 momentum. I don’t see why he couldn’t, last year he faced stacked teams like the dolphins and bills… this division doesn’t have those type of teams. Nef needs to scrap Caleb Williams shenanigans, and run the ball with OROY favorite Bijan Robinson, and when you have to pass the ball get it to the big guys like Pitts and London and let them do what they do. When it comes to defense, they’re not too bad. With players like Bates, Terrell, Anderson, Jarrett, Okudah, and even Calais is a sneaky addition with his inside stuff, I think nef could make it difficult to move the ball down the field.

Bucs: This might be a hot take, but outside the QB situation this team is better than the Bengals last cycle. I think the offense fits Cammy perfectly, you have a great route runner with good hands in Godwin, you have a big target who can go up and get it in Evans, you have a rookie deep threat with 95 speed in Palmer, a young RB who can do it all in White, but it’s all for nothing if Cammy can’t make it work with Baker. Cammy can win the division if he can unlock Bakers potential and utilize that throw power without making too many mistakes. I think defensively he’ll be the best in the division. Players like Vita Vea, David, White, Shaq, Winfield, ect. expect Cammy to be top 5 in turnovers caused.

Panthers: Since joining PML, I’m not sure if I’ve seen JT win a division besides once… I think it can be possible year one this cycle. JT doesn’t have his pick so not trying his absolute hardest doesn’t do him any good. With Brady no longer being in the division the door is open for anyone. JT needs to make it easy for Bryce Young and play a super conservative style of football with a low amount of turnovers. Let the defense do the work, we all know JT can play great defense when he wants to. I think JT winning year 1 will boost his confidence and demoralize the rest of the division for the rest of the cycle.
