Losers of the PML Team Selection ft Tbandit Burn Greeny and Cammy

spdot’s losers:

DK, DK gets a bottom two team in the Super Bowl division. The Broncos need some TLC, and we saw last year that DK’s real life schedule makes it hard for him to be able to upgrade his team outside of winning games in the league and progressing through madden. This team is not as good as the Rams that he started with last year, the defense is fairly strong, but the offense looks rough. DK will still be a good user but it may be tough to see him reach the same heights as last year.

Wimmy, These are not the same Vikings as last year. The offense is Justin Jefferson, eventually Jordan Addison, and no one else. The offensive line is solid, but he will need a new QB and likely a new RB as well. The defense is Danielle Hunter and friends, but his friends are no good. I think most people would say that Wimmy is a defense over offense type of guy, but this defense is really bad. Wimmy will get it turned around, but it may take some time.

CEO, CEO basically gets a redo on his madden 23 cycle. A good team in a tough division with an XF RB, XF WR, shaky offensive line, and a QB that he will have to replace. Last year he made the playoffs the first two years, but missed the next three. If CEO finds that new QB and continues to build the roster all year he has his chance at redemption after what most would consider a disappointing year from him, but if he takes the same approach as last year he could find himself in the same position.

Tbandit’s losers
Que: Que is my boy but I don’t think this is really what he wanted.. Que brings in hella content points, but I don’t think he knows how much of a slow grind this is going to be as I don’t see his team completely ready to go until the end of season 3 which is not ideal. They have a every position but Qb problem and that’s just me because some people don’t like kyler. There is nothing to look forward to with that team, I’d rather have the Rams with pieces to sell but the Cardinals literally have nothing to look forward to and it’ll be a long cycle for my boy que. If he pulls this of he’s top 10 all time even without no sb appearance.

Vet Commanders: I genuinely feel bad for Vet, like genuinely feel bad for how his cycle is going to go. There’s no way that he couldn’t have taken the Eagles or Cowboys but the Commanders..the 2 best coaches in the division got the 2 best teams so it’ll be tough sledding all around for Vet. The Commanders have some pieces, but they have no Qb and Vet without a qb is having no success I’m sorry pimp.

CB Colts: Cb is a good guy and a good dude put getting the Colts is going to be rough. That’s his favorite team but I feel like they should’ve gone to a better coach that’s’ a content w**** even though there are only 3-4 in the league. That team won’t be ready until about season 3 at the earliest but he can always prove me wrong. You got the Jags with an already good roster and ke who gets 50 points a week and a dlloyd that’s locked in and won’t be far behind at all so unless he pumps out content it’ll be difficult to be making the playoffs early on.

Burn’s losers:

Vet – Commanders: Vet was ranked as the third worst user in the league by everyone who voted in the end of the year rankings. Usually this would result in getting a top 5 team the next cycle. This wasn’t the case as not only was he not given a top 5 team in the league, he wasn’t even given a top 2 team in his division. Both the Eagles and Cowboys, who are top 5 teams, were given to users who were ranked above him in the rankings. He was given the third best team in the NFC East and one of the lower rated teams in the league if you go by certain rankings. He has drawn the short end of the stick, this cycle, however, he has the pieces on that Commander team, especially the defense to compete. I can see him taking this slight in team selection to heart and giving both the Eagles and Cowboys a run for their money.

CB – Colts: Like Vet, CB was ranked in the lower tier in the PML rankings. He was ranked 29/36 to be exact. This should usually result in getting a top tier team or at least the best team in the respective division that you are in. Unless he specifically chose to be the Colts, he has drawn the short end of the stick in this division. The Colts are the second best team in the division, according to some rankings, however, if Taylor is out for any amount of time, he will have a hard time beating that Jaguar team who is the best roster and second best ranked user in the division.

Jefe – Bears: The Bears are one of the worst rosters in the league. They have an ultimate Madden quarterback in Fields and that’s about it. They will be a full rebuild and definitely a challenge for someone who was the Cowboys last cycle. He was paired with two top ten users who were given much better teams. Both users consistently made the playoffs last season. He is at a serious disadvantage to start the cycle, however, Fields is the glimmer of hope. We all know that a great QB with speed and throw power can hide alot of deficiencies in a team. Jefe will have to take full advantage of trying to get Fields to SS as quickly as possible so he has a shot at the division crown.

Greeny’s Losers:

Vet / Commanders

Vet gets the short end of the straw here. He is easily ranked as the lowest of the 4 coaches in his division yet got the worst or second worst team in the division. It’s not just the fact they are the lower team, it’s that cowboys and eagles are probably 1 and 2 ranked period. So the gap in teams is massive along with a gap in user ability. He can definitely shock the world with some big wins here and we’d all love for him to come chat and drop a random “you’re a b****” line after.

Afc north

I’m lumping everyone In the division together. This is one of those if you win the division “look at your division they all suck” and if you lose “ bro you couldn’t win in the north” type deals. I don’t have much else to say besides that.

Que / Cardinals

Now this team with Kyler for the year is better off then irl without Kyler. But they just traded a user god away for a 7th, gave Kyler 45 million a year and have a awful roster through and through. He gets cook, ceo, and z in his division which doesn’t make life easy. I see Que competing throughout the cycle but anyone with the cardinals would have been listed here imo. He’s got two firsts coming up but Que rarely drafts or takes off seasons seriously and that also leads to them being on this list.

Cammy’s losers:

Burn, Giants – How the F***! Is burn the Giants. I’m not saying they are a bad team I actually think they are a good team but it seems like everytime the teams are announced JT refuses to give Burn what he so desperately deserves to have atleast once in his lifetime in PML. An x factor quarterback! Give the man a beast at quarterback and let him either silence the haters that he can win with a top quarterback or just prove the haters right that he’s really not that guy.

SPDot, Patriots – I honestly believe that ever since SPdot came in and got the #1 overall pick to go on and be in the Superbowl in back to back seasons that JT decided that SPDot is forever going to be in PML poverty. I feel bad for the guy because he probably got the most boring team to use in madden.. but hey.. somebody has to get that team and I’m glad it’s not me.

Vet, Commanders – Don’t get me wrong the Commanders are a great team but why was Vet the one to get the Commanders in this division? He should of got the Cowboys or Eagles.. This has to be a test set up for a reason to see if Vet can once become semi competitive again and thats why he didn’t start off with one of the two top teams of the cycle

Que, Cardinals – It’s hard to say this is a loser because he asked for it but to be put as the Cardinals in one of the best divisions in PML this cycle makes this a loser for me. I really do think Que will be competitive this team maybe not season 1 but after that I really think he’ll put in that work. Once he’s able to get his content points in and gets the players he want this team can easily turn into a winner
