Keeping mistakes to a minimum. Despite giving up a lot more points then we would have like in the 4th quarter, the cushion we gave ourselves early in the game paid off, and in the end we scored when we needed to.

Cedric Tillman is a great talent, and his role on the team is simply due to the fact that we have a lot of talent. He will certainly see that role increase with time.

It's hard to prepare for a guy like Joe Burrow. He has exceptional football knowledge and vision, and with the weapons he has at his disposal the sky is the limit. You have to find unique ways to make him uncomfortable to force mistakes.
How has Akiem Hicks’s experience in the league helped the team so far?
Akiem is a great mentor to the team to the young guys. We are going to see guys like Trysten Hill and Siaki Ika grow at a faster base because they get to learn from a veteran who is a great teacher and leads by example.
What is the status of Joel Bitonio and when is he set to return?
Bitonio is going to be a multi-week injury.
Can you describe how important it was to get a win at home this week?
It's huge. It gets the fans excited, it gives the team confidence, and the fact that it was a division when makes it that much sweeter.
