How quickly can you tell if a young player is a football player if he thinks about it because it seems like at the Combine they’re all saying the right thing and it’s the job. How quickly does it take?
As soon as you see that player on the field you'll know of he's him or not. Good players will stand out instantly, players who are not about it will tend to struggle and overthink while playing.
How do you see the competition level in the AFC South currently?
The Houston Texas have immediately looked good this season. I'm a little shocked by the Jaguars start but knowing that coaching staff and talent on the roster, that can change any week. The Colts have done what they are supposed to do. They've been able to find ways to win and all the credit goes to them. We have dug ourselves a whole and we will attempt to climb our way out.
Who is your quarterback, and why?
Will Levis is going to be our starting Quarterback moving forward. We gave Malik Willis an opportunity but at the end of the Levis has looked better during his time as QB. Accuracy could be an issue at times but I love the arm strength that he has.
