Can you talk about the development of Jalen Carter so far?
JC is leading this team with sacks, always applying pressure every play and does a wonderful job of stuffing the run for the most part. We're extremely happy with him and i think he'll be ready to be the Star of this defense when Fletcher decides to hang them up.
Can you talk about what it’s like to prepare to go against a player like Aaron Donald?
AD can definitely make you shake a little. We know he has inside stuff and no outsiders. offensively running the ball we were just looking to run outside away from Aaron, if we wanted to go inside, you just have to freeze him with RPOs and Read Options. we managed to get 150 on the ground total and Swift had 130 of those alone. Passing we just doubled teamed as much as we could and didnt hold on to the ball for too long. he disrupted a few passes but Hurts still had a ball game himself.
What is the status of Haason Reddick and when is he set to return?
Ummm he will be back and ready next week for the Jets. His presence has been missed for sure as a top pass rusher in the league. him and Nolan are expected to take the league by storm as the most dominate pass rush duo.
RB D'Andre Swift is so impressive, how hard he runs is so apparent. What else about his skill set makes him special?
Swift is a great ball carrier. Also extremely good at catching the ball as well. in 2 games he has 450 total yards and 6 touchdowns while developing into one of the 110 superstars in the PML right now. After the catch hes super slippery and strong enough to run you over. fast enough to outrun most LBs so you almost need a extra DB on the field to slow him down in the passing game
What are your thoughts about the Rams just in general as a team?
