Can you summarize what it was like playing against the Eagles last week?
It was a great game. We had a good gameplan coming into this game vs the Eagles. Eagles had the ball on the last possession and capitalized getting the ball into the endzone in the final seconds to seal the deal.
Can you talk about the development of Emmanuel Forbes Jr so far?
The first round pick continues to excel. He's one of the best locker room leader even while being a rookie. This man has great work ethic, loves to watch film, loves to stay in the weight room. Emmanuel has 2 interceptions to go with 11 tackles on the season.
Over your career, what makes a team better at not turning the ball over as the season goes along? What kind of things you need to emphasize? How much of it is coaching? How much of it is a mental part? Physical part?
Gameplan, sticking to the gameplan. Today's defense in the modern NFL you have to try and not give up a big play down field. Make the offense beat you nickel and diming you down the field.
When the schedules were released this past offseason, analysts said you had one of the easier schedules they've seen. Do you see it that way as well?
They said I wasn't worthy of a team. PML gurus said I was gonna win 0 games.
Can you speak to the overall team health?
Pretty healthy compared to the rest of the league.
