Can you describe kind of the energy or the mood and the vibe in the building now coming in the home stretch?
Focus! Focus! Focus! We installed an offensive system that we believe in. These final 8 games of the regular season are going to be the most critical games for us. We believe if we can come in focused and play our brand of football while managing adversity, we can finish the season strong.
Some would say your roster is one of the better teams in the league. Would you agree with that? Do you see any weaknesses in your team as you self-scout?
I am very pleased with the talent spread across this team. There are pieces strategically spread across this team. The Veterans and Young Blood on the Roster all are key components to the feature of this team!
When the schedules were released this past offseason, analysts said you had one of the easier schedules they've seen. Do you see it that way as well?
I don't prefer to ever call any game "easy" or say that a schedule is "easier." We started the season missing our star RT Collins and now we approach the 2nd half of the season with our Star RG Cappa out. Injuries like these change our approach going into games we may feel we had a favorable advantage in the trenches. I believe our schedule presented some challenges (speedbump if you will) that could either be a big boost to our confidence or disrupt the opportunity to build momentum.
