NFC Playoff teams are set

The NFC has really taken shape over the last few weeks. The Bears, 49ers, and saints have gotten hot winning multiple straight and have set themselves up for a well above .500 record. And at the moment the 7 top teams in the NFC all have 8 or 7 wins. You also have 3 teams sitting at 5 wins in the Lions, Falcons, and Vikings are Really the only 3 teams to sneak in but Falcons are the only one with a semi easy remaining schedule. Seeds 3-6 all have soft remaining schedules but jefe and his bears sitting at the 7th seed have one of the hardest remaining schedules out of the top 7 seeds. I feel like nef and the falcons will get close but fall short and these 7 teams go to the playoffs

Browns will win the afc north

Mali and the Browns took control of the division early on while Curt fell to 0-2 and then 2-4 but now after his week 11 win against the browns he’s 1 game back in the division sitting at 5-5. Steelers have a top 5 defense and are running the ball well with Najee while not passing horribly. The Steelers only play 2 more teams above .500 and have one of the easiest remaining schedules in PML. While the browns have 4 games against above .500 teams they are gonna have to win some tough games to win this division

The AFC is stronger than the NFC.

Someone should go look at the NFC vs AFC win/loss ratio, but the AFC might be favored. Even if you look at the teams and records, the AFC is very top heavy and also has some really talented users doing well. Arguably the most talented user in the AFC right now is the Texans, who are in the playoff running with the worst roster of the 7 seeds. The AFC teams are slightly more stacked in regards to having ability QBs who can change the game. Those rosters are flooded with young elite QBs while the NFC is more towards bridge QBs in the older range. However, there is a lot of football left to be played. We shall see which conference gets the first PML Super Bowl this cycle.

There are more tankers than ever this cycle.

This might be a bit of a stretch. There are more users who were previously regarded as top guys that are underperforming now, but let’s sit back and look at everything. Que and KingMike are the main guys getting crucified for allegedly tanking in PML. However, there are tons of other teams under .500 as well in the league. Another top user who is under .500 is DK, but his record is sliding under the radar to people. Look, just because guys are struggling does not mean they are tanking. Sometimes it is hard to compete in a division with good guys with really good rosters. When you have these bad teams, you cannot afford to make mistakes. The same mistakes you can make with a team like the Cowboys are ones you cannot afford to make when taking on a roster like the Texans. It takes next level user skill to consistently compete no matter where you are, but sometimes keeping your cards until season 3 or 4 is a smarter move. The guys who are competing in season 1 are getting the respect and accolades as a user but are risking their team’s development for the long run. Whereas these guys people view as “tanking” are actually being smart in preparing their team for the long haul. There are pros and cons. Respect and allegations. Everyone is different at the end of the day. It’s hard to think someone would load up every game just to lose.

CEO is back

The beginning of last cycle CEO had no trouble putting together a solid record during the regular season. His struggles were winning a playoff game and consistent QB play. He is 1-2 vs teams above .500 and has a 19-18 TD-INT ratio with Purdy. It looks like the same CEO as last cycle even with his team advantage. Lose against good teams and struggle taking care of the ball. The real test will come during the playoffs… if he makes it, his division is looking really strong. Next week he faces Z and the Sehakws who are currently 8-2. Will CEO prove me wrong and move up to 2-2 vs .500 or will the M23 CEO show up and fall to 1-3?

The Commish Team is Not Representing PML Well

I like a lot of commishes in PML, I think they are great people and do a great job when it comes to commish duties… however I don’t think some of them are a good representation of what PML stands for. Fallen… pretty simple we saw what he just did with the FG, add the fact that some call his gameplay “repetitive and cheesy”. Now onto Que…I love que he is one of my favorite PML members, but he finds himself in tank allegations, has been accused of breaking the 4th down rule with no consequences, and when people come into chat talking about a problem he is known to hit them with “Stfu it aint that serious” is a commish telling people to stop “whining” about the changes they’d like to see/the stuff they don’t like because it (PML/Madden) isn’t that serious a good look? Cammy and CB are new commishes and I have a feeling they will do well no comments on them. Now Nef is one of those guys who does the dirty work of ARs, content points, ect. I feel like he’s done a pretty good job, he just trolls a little too much for a commish. When it came to the TC stuff it was a bit overboard and when JC was asking why his suspension was 2 games he trolled saying “cuz i said so” or something along those lines. This isn’t a take to get them removed, it’s just stating my opinion and some others I have heard in gen chat/my dms. I hope they will see this and maybe take it as positive constructive criticism to do better for JT and PML.

The Titans have a real shot at catching the Texans – Reality
Obviously this is a hot take andd it’s all up to Dlloyd to come through but I really feel like the Titans can catch Ke if… he collapses. Dlloyd has a somewhat favorable schedule left, he could be favored in every game but the Seahawks game and on top of that he still has 2 games left vs ke where he can outright win the division. After a slow start and running a 2 qb system, the Titans have started to find their groove ever since.

Everybody shouldn’t be punished for Fallens mistake ( He apologized) – Reality
I get it, what Fallen did was egregious but everybody shouldn’t be taken down with him. You know how many times i’ve bet on myself and came away rich after the spread had me messed up. I get it people can ruin the fun for others but I highly doubt that there’s 5 users that would do what Fallen did. It just sucks that there’s no opportunities to bet on yourself for the rest of the cycle but I see why it had to be done.

PML is especially toxic to start the cycle – reality
From tanking allegations, to suspensions, to point shaving, and especially just a bunch of angry guys going at each other necks! This year already has been a show for Sunday night tv. Might as well start real housewives of PML podcast. The beefs are already rolling through divisions, the trash talk is at peak levels and the games have already shown that even though some are on (tank watch) they will still catch you slipping if you come in expecting a easy dub. Moving forward I’m sure the intensity if you will, will only continue to grow and things get more hetic for teams closing in on that playoff stretch. Meanwhile you got guys coasting away to the tops of the divisions respectfully so they still at necks giving out those helpful hints (Ask z). This has been a h*** of a first year for me for sure and I’m looking forward to sticking around seeing it blow out some backs for the rest of the cycle.
The AFC East is nobody’s – reality
You got the patriots sitting a top at 5-3-2 and yes 2 ties, then the dolphins coming in at 6-4, jets also at 6-4 and last but not least the bills at 6-5. At this point it seems like nobody wants this division everything is staying tight knit and most likely the battle will be won down the stretch. None of these teams have the lock as they still have battles late in the schedule with the jets and dolphins playing twice! One big matchup this week and then that’ll battle it out again week 15. I look at both of these games to solidly positioning utop the division and most likely the 3rd or 4th seed in the AFC. The dolphins are looking to be my front runner for the winner with them being the only team in the division to be the pats and that great coach spdot not once but twice. Again a lot of games left to be played but d*** somebody take a hold of this division already please!
