PML Frightfest! – NFC South

Welcome to PML Frightfest! We’ve paired PML teams and coaches with some of the most renowned monsters and villains from classic horror tales. Lets take a look at some of the some of the best and worst of PML season 1!

Saints – Coach JcClutch (Sneaky high level performer)

Annabelle from “The Conjuring” Universe: Behind the facade of an innocuous porcelain doll lies a darkness few can fathom. Annabelle’s deceptive appearance masks the true malevolence that resides within, much like how Coach JcClutch operates with the Saints. To the casual observer, the Saints may seem like just another team in the PML, but those who’ve encountered them on the gridiron understand the cunning and guile that they bring to each matchup. Coach JcClutch, not unlike the puppeteers behind Annabelle, has shown a penchant for strategies that might be deemed… unconventional. The PML whispers about sneaky trades and unethical maneuvers that have propelled the Saints to where they are now. But whether you see him as a maestro manipulating the strings behind the scenes or as someone who’s merely found a way to maximize the opportunities presented to him, there’s no denying the eerie efficiency with which Coach JcClutch has steered his Saints. Opponents would do well to remember that with the Saints, things aren’t always as they seem.

Panthers – Coach JT (Slow starts)

Jason Voorhees from “Friday the 13th”: Emerging from the murky depths of Crystal Lake, Jason Voorhees is an embodiment of relentless pursuit, a force that, despite seeming dormant at times, always comes back with a vengeance. Coach JT’s Panthers mirror Jason’s enduring tenacity. Every season, the Panthers might start slow, lurking in the shadows, much like Jason patiently stalking his prey. Many write them off, thinking this might be the year they stay submerged. However, just when you least expect it, the Panthers, under Coach JT’s leadership, spring into action, displaying bursts of brilliance and skill. There’s an ebb and flow to their performance, a rhythm that’s as unpredictable as it is inevitable. And while Coach JT, the PML Commissioner, has his hands full off the field, on it, he channels his inner Jason, showing that no matter how many setbacks they face, the Panthers always find a way to rise again. Opponents, be wary: underestimate them, and you might just find yourself face-to-face with a masked menace that never gives up.
