Overreactions & Reality Checks for PML

Bubba is the current top choice for the potential Eagles vacancy
Reality or Overreaction: Reality
Bubba would be perfect fit for the potential Eagles vacancy without a doubt in my mind. As the Philadelphia franchise looks to possibly move on from their controversial manager, who has brought in way too much negative attention and culture this season to not only the team, but the league as a whole, in would step a user with a playoff pedigree with top teams (Buffalo M22) that would automatically put him in discussion as a perennial contender not only in the NFC East, but the entire conference with that Eagles roster. Sure he would inherit a team with no money, no first round pick, an aging franchise RB, and a torn locker room, but if anyone was right for this position I think Bubba would jump right in with his his stockpile of content points (that he obtained legally and clean through hard work) and get this moving in the right direction in no time. Additionally, the division desperately needs someone to compete with the Cowboys this cycle, this would create a great matchup to watch for the entire year seeing Bubba and the Eaglesgo against Drama and the Cowboys. Philadelphia will surely keep an eye on PlayerPropGate, as they monitor the potential fits for the team. Other names that have been brought up were Miles and KMFO. We will just have to wait and see which direction they will go in.

Commissioners should automatically be awarded content points for AR
Reality or Overreaction: Reality
Track it, log it, submit for approval. The system of collecting content points for this task obviously is working. Why are we waiting for others to nominate the AR guys for their time and work. Do we want to go back to the old days where we waiting weeks for ARs to be done? I think we’ve moved in the right direction and the silly AAB reward is a waste of everyone’s time. The person who has to nominate, the people who need to vote, etc etc. I don’t even know Cammy did 2hrs of AR, I just hit the check mark and keep it moving- as do most probably. Let’s simplify.

DK isn’t as bad as his record
Reality or overreaction: Reality
Looking at DK’s record it would seem like he either is washed or is tanking. I don’t believe either is true. His go to defense has been patched and is now 32nd is rushing defense when he is usually top 3. Then the biggest reason he isn’t winning games is his QB play. So many wide open WRs being missed by Lance, Mond, and Russ. Which at first might seem like an easy fix… just draft one, but he’s traded his picks. Lance might have a solid game here or there, but he will never be consistent until he becomes a higher overall and DK doesn’t do enough content for that. I think DK might be stuck in this self-inflicted hole into season 3 or maybe even all cycle. I doubt anyone is going to give him a high overall QB. If he just kept his first he would be in the Caleb Williams hunt… but I guess there’s no going back now.

The Browns can make a deep playoff run
Reality or overreaction: Reality
This might sound crazy, but Mali has been playing pretty well this cycle. He’s had some impressive wins against good users and close games with good users. He has Curt hot on his tail for the division though, but if Mali get earn himself a playoff spot… I think it could lead to a AFC Championship game. Mali has the perfect team for the playoffs. There might be 1-2 RBs you’d rather have over Chubb in the playoffs, mix that with a great oline and a stingy defense… that screams playoff football. Mali has proven to run the rock (being top 3 in rushing attempts) until it works which that stubbornness is needed for playoff success.

Trey Lance isnt a starting QB in PML
Reality or overreaction: Overreaction
After getting traded to the Broncos week 7, Trey Lance has found himself in position to be a franchise QB but so far he hasn’t performed near that level. Lance’s stats are kind of worrisome with his 53.3 cmp rate and 6.7 yards per attempt. Which funny enough his 53.3% is 2nd worst in the league with QBs over 150 attempts and the only QB below Lance? His fellow teammate kellen mond lol. 6.7 ypa is good for worst in the entire league also. But you have to give props to DK having an even TD/ INT ratio. A lot of the QBs around Lance have 12 TDs to 20+ INTs. So he is protecting the ball and not getting sacked a ton but overall Trey Lance is one of the worst starters currently. The reason this is an overreaction is because I think Trey Lance will be able to turn it around next season or year 3. Along with DK figuring out how to use his legs and AR to his throwing attributes all the broncos need is to start hot and get morale so he can make more throws.

4 out of the 6 top AFC QBs will be star dev
Reality or overreaction:Reality
Joe Burrow, Josh Allen, Tlaw, and lamar. Those are the names that are above 20 INTS. Lamar & TLAW are above 2 INTs a game and Josh Allen and Burrow are at 1.83 INTs a game. All of these users have had horrible stretches where they throw almost 10 picks in 2 games and this is going to be a close race to 30. Josh Allen is the only one from this group with a shot at playoffs so that almost puts him at a disadvantage with him having to take more risks to see if he can make the playoffs. The other 3 very well could shut down their offenses and make sure they don’t lose the dev but the ravens have shown that could make u put up horrible offensive games while still throwing picks! Overall if I had to put my money on one of these guys not losing their dev it would be TLAW. Completely out of the race and needs 8 INTs in 5 games and coming off his best game of the szn.

KMFO is officially on finesse watch.
Reality or overreaction: Reality
It is without a doubt that KMFO is arguably the greatest SIM player we have ever seen in PML. Multiple Super Bowl wins, a Bills dynasty, and most of all his sim style of gameplay. Let’s look at the facts. Both cycles he has played in he walked into a good team. He walked into the Bills and the Eagles in the middle of the cycle. Now he is sneaking his way back into PML after the season has already begun. Why have we never seen KMFO begin the cycle? We all know he will get the worst team in a h*** division, but he’s been able to avoid it for 3 cycles now? The teams that open up tend to be good teams with bad users, he will be walking into another good team this cycle. We know this may have to happen because he has his own life and the CFL going on, but hey someone’s gotta start a narrative am I right?

The Cowboys are the best team in the NFC right now.
Reality or overreaction: Reality
Sitting at the 1 seed are the Dallas Cowboys after a devastating loss to the Seahawks. It may be hard for someone to look at them and think they’re the best team in PML after such a brutal loss, but their body of work supports it. They have a stout defense along with a great rushing attack. The roster is prepared to win NOW. Drama is walking the walk actually instead of just talking the talk. This team will be a tough out come playoff time especially with home field advantage.

KMFO is in next season – Reality
I mean everyone has to notice by now how active and focused this guy has been to keep those on the ledge looking over for the push. It’s obvious that this guy is taking someone’s spot and it’s clear he knows it. Engaging almost everyday with content and more then a handful of times in chat. He knows what everyone else is speculating and he’s here. Baba Yaga as some call him like he’s John Wick isn’t coming he is already here. Get ready for that offseason news feed to set the chat off just like it does daily but this discussion will hog all the airways for a few days I imagine. Only question now is what team is he getting?

The Cowboys has the NFC on lock – overreaction
Yeah they are regarded this season as the front runner for the NFC, But and this isn’t a big b***, I think we can all agree this isn’t the best the NFC has to offer. You got the saints who has been on a tear with Derrick freakin carr, and the packers who has Aaron Jones out there looking like he can’t be touched. Jukebox is a h*** of a drug people! Let’s not forget as well how crowded the NFC west is in its own. Who is even going to win that division? Getting ahead of ourselves is a little too easy sometimes but for 1 conference to have so many questions it’s safe to say the cowboys are the best on that side after that game vs the seahwaks. I know it looked like a lock for the cowboys who are 8-1 in the conference but I think Z showed everyone the blueprint and man oh man did guys notice. One thing that Ke has been yelling is everyone watches these games! So best believe they will have him figured out moving forward and with HD having nothing to lose look at him to push this game as far as it can go.
