How has Kelvin Beachum Jr’s experience in the league helped the team so far?
I have no idea. I wish he wasn’t a b**. We moved him to RG and his old self his be making some good blocks. We’re going to squeeze ever ounce out of that man before he hits FA.
How quickly can you tell if a young player is a football player if he thinks about it because it seems like at the Combine they’re all saying the right thing and it’s the job. How quickly does it take?
It probably takes 2-3 games before I can see a young players potential. If you make a memorable play, you’ll usually gain my attention.
