Can you talk about the development of Dallas Turner so far?
Dallas has been great so far. He's stepping in an edge role along with several other rookies who we plan to give a lot of reps with the first team defense. We're going to be learning on the fly this year. Last year, our defense sucked. We were terrible. So if there's one thing we focused on in the draft, the defense really needed help. Dallas Turner will be a cornerstone of this rebuild.
How has Odell Beckham Jr’s experience in the league helped the team so far?
OBJ has been a great addition to the team so far. While Jefferson is an Elite WR1, Jordan Addison has been still trying to find his stride. I think he only played 10 games last year so bringing in OBJ to replace KJ Osborn, we bring in a strong voice and a veteran in the locker room. Especially with a Rookie QB at the helm too, it's always nice to have a calming force alongside Jefferson.
How do you see the competition level in the NFC North currently?
I mean it's incredibly competitive. The Packers won the division last year and are going to be just as strong this year. The Bears added MHJ and look to only get better with an incredible draft and offseason. The Lions even have plenty of speed and youth on their roster so we expect it to be nothing but competitive. I think the division winner will have 12 or 13 wins. It'll be a tough season.
