What are your thoughts about the Titans going into this week?
I’ve seen the tape, we have watched the close divisional games, and we now know the titans should not be taking lightly. This is a very solid user and could have easily made the wildcard round and seen playoffs. He has a very disciplined style and plays good defense. We will have our hands full and look forward to a grimey every second counts game.
Can you talk about what it’s like to prepare to go against a player like Troy Franklin?
Well being we just had a very good very detailed look at the speed of worthy and the cardinals I think we’ll be better prepared to handle a speed demon. He can have all the underneath plays he wants but our biggest key is covering deep and staying over the top. This guy is an amazing prospect with the high speed and great release to get deep. We definitely will have some nightmares until the game is played and done with. Our db’s have been coached on what to look for and not give up that deep ball.
What stands out about your opponent's offense?
The one thing we noticed is that he just doesn’t have many mental mistakes. He will run his plays and punt and not take those chances that will lead to the turn over. Very methodical and strategic offense that when we see that one mistake we have to take advantage since he just doesn’t make many. The run game is lethal and sets up the play action. Now adding a speed demon we have to watch over the top and man this guy won’t shut up about burks so he’s def a threat at all times. Looking at his young Qb is where we will look to take advantage and try and get the win.
