Can you talk about what it’s like to prepare to go against a player like Jaylen Waddle?
Preparing for a player like Waddle is always difficult. One of, if not the fastest guy in the league. You've always got to have two bodies on him, at the minimum. I feel that we did a great job, Forbes did a great job sticking to him. Along with some help over top from Kinchens and Forrest. Waddle had his way against us on the screen passes, but outside of that we shut him down and I couldn't be happier with the job done.
How do you rank the biggest changes to this team over the off-season by importance? What do you think were the team's best moves? Was there anything you wish you would have done that didn't get to do?
The biggest challenge for me as a coach this off-season was to adjust to the team, there were a lot of positions that needed work and I feel like we accomplished that by adding through free agency and through the draft. Lots of changes on and off the field.
What are your thoughts about the Falcons just in general as a team?
The Atlanta Falcons are a good coached team, with great players on both sides of the ball. They can kill you on the ground with Bijan, and in the pass game with the likes of Waddle, Pitts and London. Defensively they give you different looks and do their best to confuse you, and it takes a patient game to defeat them.
