1. Houston Texans (3-0): Through 3 games, the Texans look like the most complete team in the league. A top ranked offense, held down by a top ranked defense keeps Keraun on top of the power rankings for another week.
2. New Orleans Saints (3-0): They’re putting up a whooping 500 yards per game which places them first in the league. Can anyone stop the Derek Carr led aerial attack? Carr is making an early case for MVP consideration.
3. Cleveland Browns (3-0): We knew they would make their way to the top of the list sooner than later. They’re yet to play a top tier user, but from the looks of things, KMFO hasn’t missed a beat since his last appearance in PML.
4. Seattle Seahawks (3-0): Lets put it into perspective. Zstar put up 59 points and only passed the ball 10 times. Bo Nix basically had the night off going 7 for 8 with 3 scores. Talk about domination.
5. Los Angeles Rams (3-0): Cookie, somehow even after a Super Bowl victory, seems to be flying under the radar early in the season- even at 3-0. Odds are, he prefers it this way as the Rams are still unbeaten since last years Super Bowl run.
6. Detroit Lions (3-0): We all counted the Lions out of the race, basically for the entire cycle. Don’t look now, but they are a serious threat to take the division that sports some serious competition.
7. Green Bay Packers (2-1): The Packers are in content point purgatory, and do not look like they will be out of it any time soon. So while the rest of the division are loading up their teams, Hype will spend the season paying some heavy fines.
8. Arizona Cardinals (2-1): Alright, it’s time I put some respect on the Cardinals. They’ve definitely turned things around this season and it seems as if they will replace the 49ers in the trio of teams competing for the division.
9. Kansas City Chiefs (3-0): Sitting at 3-0, Matigy has taken down the entire AFC North not named KMFO. Is the record deceiving? We will find out over the next few weeks as they welcome the Raiders, Texans, and Browns to the playing field. There is a realistic chance they will sit 3-3 after the smoke clears.
10. New England Patriots (2-1): The glaring issue this season this past week was the offense’s inability to put up points in their loss against the Jets. The defense has been lightsout and I wouldn’t worry so much about the overall state of the team… yet.
11. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-1): The Buccaneers have been one of my favorite teams to watch this season. Where else are we going to find a quarterback slinging the ball 40 times for 4-5 touchdowns on a weekly basis? Is this a sustainable offense?
12. Buffalo Bills (2-1): The divisional wins are important as ever in the AFC East, especially down the stretch. They picked up the dub against the Dolphins, and look to add another one this week as they visit MetLife stadium. In short, the Bill need to do their part to keep the division under a 2 man race.
13. Philadelphia Eagles (2-1): They’re boasting a top rated defense, although they played the 3 worst offensive users in the league. However, if HD could take this defensive confidence and continue to roll with it, I really like the Eagles chances in what seems to be an open division this season.
14. Los Angeles Chargers (2-1): They dropped week 2 to the Raiders. Sad because had they won, there is a huge chance the Chargers could have been undefeated through the first 7 games of the season. The upcoming schedule consists of Arod, JT, Curt, and Goose.
15. Las Vegas Raiders (2-1): Jayden Daniels looked like, well, a rookie as the Raiders are upset by the Colts week 3. Not exactly a confidence builder heading into back to back games against divisional opponents (KC & Den).
16. New York Jets (1-2): A big win against the Patriots just might be what the doctor ordered for the Jets to get back on track this season. They’ve received a lot of criticism from the peanut gallery regarding the Caleb trade. This may quiet them for the time being.
17. Indianapolis Colts (1-2): Jonathan Taylor absolutely ran wild this past week on 152 yards and a score on just 12 carries. The run defense played even better, limiting Josh Jacobs to just 33 yards on 13 carries. This is the style of play the Colts will need to keep putting W’s in the win column. Good win CB.
18. Denver Broncos (1-2): The question a lot of us are asking is when will DK finally arrive? The Broncos head into week 4 as 15.5 point underdogs against the Browns. Not what we expect when we are talking about a previous Super Bowl winner and perennial playoff team.
19. Minnesota Vikings (1-2):Wimmy is just having a tough time this cycle finding his game. The Vikings have dropped 2 straight, and with Cook, Jefe, and Keraun on the schedule, the season could be over sooner than they’d like in Minnesota.
20. Chicago Bears (1-2): Was Marvin Harrison Jr. the right play this past draft? The Bears have obvious holes in the defense that needed to be addressed. Sitting at 1-2 to start the season, it becomes the obvious question he may soon have to face.
21. Jacksonville Jaguars (1-2): If any team were to compete with the Texans this cycle, I had the Jaguars penciled into that spot. A season and change in, I’m not sure they are destined to make any type of push this cycle for the division throne.
22. San Francisco 49ers (0-3): Sitting at 0-3, its time to hit the panic button in San Francisco. A team built to win, with a coach capable of doing such, they are now on the outside looking in. Tough spot for sure as wins could be hard to come by looking at their upcoming schedule.
23. Dallas Cowboys (0-3): I’ll be fair, they haven’t had the easiest schedule out the gate. So we will give them a little credit with that. However, after the way Drama started last cycle, the bar is set a tad higher for the Cowboys this season, and thus far, they are failing to reach expectations regardless of who they play.
24. Pittsburgh Steelers (0-3): Like the team above them, Curt has had a very difficult 3 game stretch to start the year. They’ve played KC, Cle, and NO to start the year. They get a chance to get on track with the Giants and Bengals up next.
25. Miami Dolphins (1-2): Both the offense and the defense are in the bottom percentile of the league. Deebo really needs to get it going because falling behind in this division could end their season earlier than they hope.
26. New York Giants (1-2): They lost 52-0 and were completely shut down on offense. They finished with 31 passing yards and 55 rushing yards for a total of 86 yards on the game. Tough one in New York.
27. Atlanta Falcons (1-2): Nef gets into the win column against JT and the Panthers. They will certainly have to scratch and claw the next few weeks until their heavy hitters return to the lineup. Can the keep the ship afloat until then?
28. Washington Commanders (1-2): Rookie Drake Maye is officially on interception watch as he has thrown 8 through 3 games. The Commanders fall to the Eagles in what could have been their coming out game for Miles.
29. Carolina Panthers (1-2): Until their rematch with the Falcons, a win may be hard to come by the next few weeks with the Saints, Chargers, Bucs, and Broncos on deck.
30. Tennessee Titans (0-3): Troy Franklin looks like a nice toy for Dlloyd. However, Troy Franklin isn’t putting wins up for the team just yet. Reality is, this team is a few big pieces away from competing in the AFC.
31. Cincinnati Bengals (0-3): Chase has 6 receptions through 3 games and it seems Joe Burrow is having a difficult time involving the x-factor into the offense and opting to go to Tee Higgins instead as the primary target. Interesting story to follow in Cincinnati.
32. Baltimore Ravens (0-3): And rounding out your power rankings for the 16th consecutive week is your very own Baltimore Ravens. A win may be difficult for Arod to come by with the upcoming stretch of games including LAC, CLE, LV, and DEN. Expect the rain cloud to remain over the team for a while.
