Giants Week 5 Injury Report And Focus Players

Each week we will go over the injury report and practice focus players before the game and update the depth chart at that position.

Focus Players:

ROLB BJ Ojulari: Ojulari came over in the big trade during the offseason. He is a young player who will be on the team for the rest of the cycle. He is under the tutelage of Von Miller at the moment, while also rotating with Miller on passing downs. He is being focused in order to get to a higher overall as well as to develop on the team. He is one of the players who will be getting 20 attribute requests.

QB Quinn Ewers: Ewers continues to get better week after week. He is the clear starter and the Giants have a plan for him to reach his full potential. He is only 20 years old, so his development can skyrocket in the right scenario. If he can become a superstar this season, it will accelerate his development even more.

*LE Boogie Bashem: Bashem is looking like the odd man out at the moment on this defensive line. He is on a contract year and is looking to show the Giants management that he belongs on this team. He is currently playing a defensive tackle spot but not really standing out at the moment. He is hoping that getting some strength upgrades will help in the long run.

Injuries:

WR Parris Campbell 77 OVR – 3 weeks (Dislocated Hip)

Campbell still remains the only Giant injured at the moment. He is looking to get back on the team to help the offense get out of their funk. They are one of the worst offense in the game, but maybe with Campbell back that can change.
