What were the keys to the team’s victory this week?
Limit the turnovers and win the battle in the trenches. It’s going to come down to a game of turnovers and we have to execute our offense to get ahead and stay ahead. Allen has to play as sharp as possible and stay in control of his offense and cook has to come alive and be a great complimentary piece to Allen.
Can you talk about what it’s like to prepare to go against a player like Emari Demercado?
Just an amazing back! Running the ball, catching the ball, he’s a do it all guy and that’s hard to gameplan for. We just don’t have the bodies to prepare scout team for what he can do. He’s keeping us up at night and giving us nightmares when we can sleep. Just contain and short gains is what we’re hoping to hold him to.
What can you attribute to having one of the top-scoring teams in the league to this point?
Josh Allen! This guy is a machine and he is pushing this train along with limiting his mistakes and just pounding on points! He looks really good as of late and shows no sign of slowing down. The run game is holding up and Kincaid is doing his part to help out the big name in Diggs get loose! This offense has so many weapons it’s no wonder they haven’t scored more!
