Welcome! With the new preseason stat limit i thought it would be fun to go back and look to see who might’ve been suspended if this was in place a season ago! Could the coaches/players on this list be the culprits on why PML Commissioners have started to enforce a preseason stat limit for players? I’ll let you be the judge of that!
What are the preseason stat limits?

Passing
Chargers: Tyler Huntley
Pass Attempts: 99
Passing Yards: 891
Passing Touchdowns: 8
Codes kicks off our list of suspended/fined coaches based on Tyler Huntleys performance! Huntley preseason performance broke every passing stat limit we have in place. He finished with 24 attempts over the limit, 241 yards over the limit, and 2 touchdowns over the limit! Giving Tyler Huntley age and potential i doubt that this was malicious in any way, but with coach Codes being fed up with Justin Herbert, was this an attempt to potentially build a quarterback he is more in favor of?
Giants: Quinn Ewers
Pass Attempts: 91
Passing Yards: 655
Passing Touchdowns: 4
Quinn Ewers is our first drafted player to end up on the list. And man oh man was this with intent and completely one of the many reasons we have this rule in play (in my opinion). This stat line isn’t crazy with only being 16 attempts over, and 5 yards over. But it wasn’t a trying as much as it was a skill level issue. If Burn was any good this preseason stat line could’ve been more egregious. We will not let Burn slide for being bad at throwing the ball hide the fact that this was pure rookie spam at its finest!
Eagles: Michael Penix Jr.
Pass Attempts: 79
Passing Yards: 731
Passing Touchdowns: 6
Back to back rookies coming in with suspensions. Mr. “Why don’t we just suspend repeat offenders instead of everyone.” Well here you go buddy! Penix was over the passing attempts limit by 4 (while being top 3 in attempts). He also was over the passing yards limit by 81 yards. Giving the fact that coach HD has Jalen Hurts this was not a malicious offense. I believe it was just the normal playing with a new toy issue. Either way enjoy that suspension!
Bears: Justin Fields
Pass Attempts: 58
Passing Yards: 757
Passing Touchdowns: 7
Coach Jefe with the efficient accidental spam of Justin Field while trying to figure out how Marvin Harrison Jr. contorts his body in mid air (we’ll get to him). But lets not ignore the fact that Justin Fields is a young QB who needs to be developed. So a good old double dip was going on here. Fields finished 1 touchdown over the limit and 107 yards over the limit! To be honest im not completely surprised and everyone in PML knows that this was done with intent!
Buccaneers: D.J. Uiagalelei
Pass Attempts: 74
Passing Yards: 716
Passing Touchdowns: 5
Sad little Bucs! Can’t help themselves with cheating…… Here’s little cam cam spamming a rookie quarterback! A Commissioner who can’t uphold the sim integrity that is required in PML! Unlike the other quarterbacks on the list though, D.J. was only over the limit by 66 passing yards. Probably do to user skill issue. Irregardless this is a sad showing from a sad little commissioner. -100 points and to the gallows he goes!
Rams: Jaylen Henderson
Pass Attempts: 56
Passing Yards: 697
Passing Touchdowns: 5
Not lil’ Cook Cook, not the golden boy, not everyones favorite child! I refuse this to be true! These stats must be manipulated by JT cause he knew i was gonna write this article and he knew we would have stat limits! This has to be the reason. Cook has the most integrity in the league and I refuse to believe that he would spam a rookie! NO! Henderson was another rookie soon to be a starter who went over by 47 yards. Which isn’t much but definitely done with the intent to get some stats with his rookie.
Ravens: Marcus Mariota
Pass Attempts: 70
Passing Yards: 687
Passing Touchdowns: 5
I know, I know, you’re saying to yourself “there isn’t a interception stat limit to the preseason so how is a Ravens quarterback on the list?” Believe me, I am as surprised by this as all of you reading. But Marcus Mariota finished the preseason being 37 yards over the limit. With coach having Lamar Jackson we know this wasn’t intentional. Either way a 4 game suspension and -20 content point fine would’ve been issued here.
Bills: Josh Allen
Pass Attempts: 56
Passing Yards: 661
Passing Touchdowns: 4
Coach Beast and Josh Allen make our list here as well. With 661 passing yards he barely breaks the yards limit by 11 yards. I would say that he’s completely innocent but as someone who played a preseason game against him…… The man is pass happy regularly and even more so in preseason! Off to the gallows he goes!
Steelers: Zach Wilson
Pass Attempts: 55
Passing Yards: 652
Passing Touchdowns: 5
Zach broke it by 2 yards!!! Imagine if content point-‘less Curt had this suspension and content point fine for just 2 yards! Either way the interception merchant receives a punishment from the Commissioner group that is well deserved after making us watch him play game in and game out!
Chiefs: Michael Pratt
Pass Attempts: 57
Passing Yards: 639
Passing Touchdowns: 8
Coach Matigy who has Mahomes obviously didn’t have any malicious intent when scoring all these touchdowns with Pratt, or did he? When you see 8 touchdowns from a backup quarterback who will never see the field there may be something in the background going on. I won’t be surprised if we find another Chiefs player on this list for breaking the stat limit!
Steelers: Kenny Pickett
Pass Attempts: 40
Passing Yards: 616
Passing Touchdowns: 8
The funny thing about this is that Coach Curt would be without both his quarterbacks and down -40 content points at this point. Which is absolutely hilarious to me. Breaking the yards limit with Zach Wilson and following it up with breaking the touchdowns limit with Kenny Pickett is something only pass happy Curt would do. Enjoy PML bankruptcy brotha!
Rushing
Broncos: Javonte Williams
Rushing Attempts: 49
Rushing Yards: 324
Rushing Touchdowns: 1
Coach DK makes his first appearance on the list with his runningback Javonte Williams. Giving how he ended up receiving Nick Chubb to be his featured back, I don’t believe this was with the intent to spam, but Williams is still young and could be the feature going forward. Either way his 49 rushing attempts in 4 more attempts than the allowed 45 and his 324 yards is 99 yards above the allowed 225! Dirty work by DK and the Broncos here!
Chargers: Raheim Sanders
Rushing Attempts: 41
Rushing Yards: 348
Rushing Touchdowns: 3
Another appearance for cheesy Coach Codes and his unsim gameplay. Sanders went on to be a focal point to the Chargers ground attack. So to say that this was done with the intent to spam a rookie and get him stats/XP is definitely not asinine. Could he be another reason these stat limits are in place? With two players now on the list, its not crazy to think so.
Panthers: Braelon Allen
Rushing Attempts: 36
Rushing Yards: 267
Rushing Touchdowns: 3
Ohh would you look at what we have here…. if it isn’t Mr. Big Cammish himself…. JT. Maybe JT is the reason JT has implemented these stat limits cause the sad little Panthers couldn’t control their cheesy thumbs from spamming a brand new rookie! I say we fine his triple for being the league owner. He’s gotta hold himself to a higher status!!!
Eagles: Jerome Ford
Rushing Attempts: 32
Rushing Yards: 226
Rushing Touchdowns: 3
Now this is just rich, HDizzle with his second appearance as a preseason stat padder. Padding the stats of cute little players he likes. Ex-Brown Jerome Ford was a hot topic for Browns fans after his appearance in real life so HD went out and got him Ford then tried to make him better with preseason spam! Being a massive 1 yard above the limit is uncalled for and i say we take his preseason rights!
Falcons (CPU?): Bijan Robinson
Rushing Attempts: 22
Rushing Yards: 267
Rushing Touchdowns: 5
As the great Shaggy once said….. “It wasn’t me.” What happened cuz? What happen? How could you let yourself be on this list too? Not only did you break the rushing yards by 42 yards.. with an impressive 12.14 YPC…. you also broke the touchdowns limit by 2! I know what most of you are thinking. “WOW, Nef is really good at running the ball… you see that 12 YPC carry clip!” I’m here to stop you from not addressing the real issue… The tackling of everyone i played. That right! It’s their fault, not MINE! I’m innocent i tell yuh. Effin b**… learn how to tackle!
Bills: L.J. Johnson Jr.
Rushing Attempts: 29
Rushing Yards: 85
Rushing Touchdowns: 4
My oh my look what we have here. Another instance of Bills coach Beast cheating! Everyone knows you get more XP for touchdowns. Thats why he didn’t get him many yards but focused on touchdowns! With 4 that puts him over by just 1 touchdown. This would be another -20 to this coach and he would lose this back for 4 games.
Broncos: Ty Johnson
Rushing Attempts: 28
Rushing Yards: 168
Rushing Touchdowns: 4
As DJ Khalid would say… Another One! Coach DK running a muck in the preseason spamming his runningbacks with touchdowns! If only we had this rule in place before animals like DK roamed free to keep they/them in check! Stop spamming these goats…. They’re good enough!
Texans: Trey Benson
Rushing Attempts: 22
Rushing Yards: 141
Rushing Touchdowns: 4
To be honest I’m surprised this is the first time I’m mentioning Coach Ke when it comes to spamming a rookie or young player. Trey Benson was a solid pickup for a runningback needy team like the Houston Texans. And given how he knows he needed a runningback, I am not surprised that a rookie runningback like Trey Benson received a few touchdown rushes in his preseason debut. And I won’t be surprised if we see him again on this list or another Texan!
Receiving
49ers: Kaden Prather
Receptions: 23
Receiving Yards: 413
Receiving Touchdowns: 2
With an impressive 8 receptions over the limit, and 113 yards over the limit. The rookie Wide Receiver made his presence known in the preseason. Is anyone truly surprised that Coach CEO spammed a rookie though? I mean initially yeah but i feel like he’s a coach that goes unnoticed because of his quiet persona and someone who is known to be super sim in gameplay but could the lack of success finally be pushing him to the boundaries?
Raiders: Rome Odunze
Receptions: 23
Receiving Yards: 225
Receiving Touchdowns: 2
Is a starter… not a starter… is a starter…. I don’t know. All I do know is that 10 plus catches in your first preseason game as a rookie would raise some eyebrows. Maybe one of the biggest factors in our new found preseason stat limits is one rookie wide receiver Rome Odunze. It did not surprise me to see him on this list!
Bears: Marvin Harrison Jr
Receptions: 19
Receiving Yards: 441
Receiving Touchdowns: 5
From one of the biggest reasons to the #1 reason we have preseason stat limits. The contortionist himself…. Marvin Harrison Jr. The number 2 overall pick in the draft was a focal point in the preseason for the Bears and maybe the sole reason for Justin Field above overages. This would be Jefe’s 82nd wide receiver suspension in his PML career. Safe to say its done with intent at this point. Either the intent to break the usage or the lack of intent to fix it.
Browns: Ben Sinnott
Receptions: 18
Receiving Yards: 245
Receiving Touchdowns: 1
Ah if it isn’t Mr. Rule Creator himself. Coach KMFO known for his dominance and ability to stretch the rules in the past and create rules that we didn’t know we necessarily needed. Not only a regular season game in and he would’ve been on the front page of the PML Gazette. Surprisingly the rookie tight end only went over his reception share based on preseason stat limits. I’m sure that this was definitely done with the intent to get some volume to his rookie.
Jaguars: Evan Engram
Receptions: 18
Receiving Yards: 169
Receiving Touchdowns: 2
In all honesty I for the life of me can not remember if Coach TBandit played his preseason games. So I am not going to waste too much time here…..
Texans: Brock Bowers
Receptions: 17
Receiving Yards: 348
Receiving Touchdowns: 1
Coach Ke makes his second appearance on this list with another rookie weapon Brock Bowers. Like i said before I am not surprised by this but I am surprised that this is only the second Texans player on this list. Brock went over the 15 allowed receptions by 2 and the allowed receiving yards by 48. Will we see another Texans player on this list? Will it be a rookie?
49ers: Ja’Corey Brooks
Receptions: 16
Receiving Yards: 284
Receiving Touchdowns: 3
D*** CEO another rookie making this list? Where has the sim style gone? Jurdling…. spamming rookies… what’s next? A hurdle speed option offense? Brooks breaks the reception share by only 1 reception so my reaction is a little overboard but its no surprise that the pass heavy offseason is rattling off rookie wide receivers and tight ends.
Seahawks: Jalin Hamilton
Receptions: 16
Receiving Yards: 227
Receiving Touchdowns: 0
Tisk… tisk…. tisk. The off-brand bird gets his way onto a list. Not the list he was hoping for but definitely the list he deserves. This tight end isn’t even on the Seahawks anymore so i highly doubt this was intentional…. but we’re watching you Zeraldo…
Browns: Smoke Harris
Receptions: 16
Receiving Yards: 241
Receiving Touchdowns: 1
Ohh look what we have here, another Browns rookie at the stake. Funny enough this rookie became a key to the Browns offense as a runningback as the season went along. He also may or may not be receiving a potential suspension/fine for going over this preseason already? We will see but it was definitely no surprise to see a couple Browns players on this list. This one not as egregious as most with just one extra reception than the allowed amount.
Chargers: Ainias Smith
Receptions: 16
Receiving Yards: 228
Receiving Touchdowns: 3
Not another Chargers player…. I lost count. Is that three? two or more? Is Coach Codes rookie spamming is finally coming to light? All I know is that Coach Codes is lucky that these weren’t in place season 2 preseason!
Titans: Troy Franklin
Receptions: 15
Receiving Yards: 373
Receiving Touchdowns: 1
Not mah friend DLloyd! Coach DLloyd makes his first appearance on the “I’m not sim” list. And I am truly disappointed in mah friend. Known to be one of the most sim users in PML, DLloyd becomes the newest victim… Is this a example of these stat limits being unfair?
Texans: Malik Benson
Receptions: 14
Receiving Yards: 353
Receiving Touchdowns: 5
Speed… Speed… and more Speed! Malik Benson is the newest Texans rookie to hit this list! Hopefully it is the last but i doubt it. Benson is a speed demon that stretched out the defenses this last preseason with 53 extra receiving yards than allowed and 2 more receiving touchdowns than the allowed amount. Coach Ke proving himself to be a spammer of rookies?
Lions: Andrew Armstrong
Receptions: 14
Receiving Yards: 346
Receiving Touchdowns: 4
This is the craziest development so far…. Is this the first Lion on the list? I am thoroughly surprised to say this but it most definitely is. The king of rookie spamming didn’t spam many rookies or even young players last preseason. Armstrong makes this list with an overage of 46 yards and 1 touchdown which isn’t alot compared to others.
Seahawks: Antwane Wells Jr.
Receptions: 14
Receiving Yards: 306
Receiving Touchdowns: 1
Ahh another Seahawk barely making the list but most definitely making the list. Time to go to Seattle and ruffle some feathers if this continues. Spamming player is not okay in the preseason and we have no room for it!
Steelers: Calvin Austin III
Receptions: 13
Receiving Yards: 392
Receiving Touchdowns: 4
Coach Curt back at it again. Known to spam his defensive players by throwing an ungodly amount of interceptions he has moved his focus to young receivers and quarterbacks! We need to put a stop to this menace that is Curt! The -60 content points would probably do it.
Rams: Julian Fleming
Receptions: 11
Receiving Yards: 251
Receiving Touchdowns: 4
Lil Cook Cook with his second appearance on the list with his rookie WR Julian Fleming. Breaking the allowed 3 touchdowns might be the most egregious of the offenses. That being said breaking it by 1 isn’t the worst but Cook makes another appearance. Are we turning a blind eye to the golden doodle?
Saints: Ja’Tavion Sanders
Receptions: 11
Receiving Yards: 298
Receiving Touchdowns: 4
Another sad little commissioner making the list of the unsim and unholy. Can we trust anyone but myself to uphold the sim standard in PML for commissioners? My whole division is full of cheesers based on the list i have given today. Sanders was just missed on the yardage as well. I don’t believe this was done with intent, just a happy coincidence. Not Falcons: Not Jaylen Waddle
Receptions: 10
Receiving Yards: 238
Receiving Touchdowns: 5
I have no clue what you talking about, nothing to see here. Just keep it moving along you heathens. Look at them, not me!
Steelers: Simi Fehoko
Receptions: 9
Receiving Yards: 144
Receiving Touchdowns: 4
Curt would be bankrupt… This cheating mf!
