What were some of the contributing factors to the loss this week?
mistakes on offense and losing possessions, really nothing else to it. we played well on defense but we handed him 14-21 free points.
Which new player are you most excited about and why?
Mykel Williams had a top performance as a rookie. the dawgs up front are making it easier on him and thats all we can ask for. theyre all gonna make it easier on eachother. Jaydn Ott is another guy i cant wait to get into the mix on offense, young speedster whos ready to compliment Swift. hes progressed well over preseason while getting 2 steps faster and becoming more explosive.
What were your primary goals for the team during the offseason?
Finishing the rebuild has been key. we got the right guys in the right spot and were about 95% complete. we were able to get a starting WR, DE and LB. huge upgrades after letting guys wlak or moving away from other players. this is gonna be a fun year.
What measures did you take to reduce the risk of injuries during training camp and the preseason?
no starters. not a single starter played preseason unless they were a rookie. we dont care for the XP like these other cheeseballs. we wanted to come in healthy and we were about 97% healthy coming in.
