What are your thoughts about the Patriots going into this week?
Super Bowl Appearances are what we all are chasing. The Patriots have now been to a bowl so they are not a team to be taken lightly. I'm looking forward to giving them a run for their money this season and the rest of the cycle. They are managed well and usually dont make many mistakes during the game. You must play sound football to win.
Can you summarize what it was like playing against the Bills last week?
Easy Peezy! They have become predictable and having played them so many times, we can force them to adjust or we will be able to win games versus them pretty convincingly. Josh Allen seems to miss throws when he gets pressured, so we get creative with finding ways to get to him.
Can you talk about what it’s like to prepare to go against a player like Christian Gonzalez?
We pretty much eliminated him from the game by throwing away from him and running away from all the other playmakers. This season our focus is making the role players or roster fillers earn their paycheck. If you have a weak link, we will find it and we will exploit it.
How much of a problem is Barryn Sorrell on the defensive line?
An absolute problem and double team commander. We are a running team so facing an elite run stuffer like Barryn is h***! He plugs up holes and anytime he commands double team it means somebody is one on one and their job becomes even more important. We are probably gonna hate facing him this season.
