Can you talk about the development of Nick Emmanwori so far?
He's been everywhere! And he's been so great at playing sideline to sideline. 2 picks and and a TD in the first 2 weeks of the season, he's playing great football right now. Right now he's playing at SLCB and SS, but with a little awareness help, he can be playing SUBLB in no time.
The team now has back to back wins, what could you attribute the recent success too?
Turnover margin. The defense has been playing incredibly, causing a lot of issues. And the offense, despite an injury or two has been doing well of holding onto the ball. Joe's going to have to step up a lot in the next couple weeks. His ability to hold onto the ball and get it into the hands of our excellent receiving corp.
Can you describe how important it was to get a win at home this week?
Oh it was HUGE! Especially in our first divisional game of the season, against a team we haven't beat yet. It feels phenomenal. We'll celebrate tonight, but we have another game with Chicago at home next week and prep will need to be started right away.
