Coach: This is not a decision this front office makes hastily. We love Brandon hill and will be forever grateful for what he did going from a practice squad player to one of the best safeties in the league but when you have a chance to get a player the caliber of chase young you do it .
Reporter: how do you feel about what this does to you and Naheem Morris relationship?
