The Top Player on Every AFC Team

pBuffalo Bills: QB Josh Allen, 97 Overall
Though Allen has lost his abilities he is still the best player on the Bills. Diggs would have been a contender if he was still on the team. This team goes as Josh Allen goes. He is a threat through the air and on the ground. His 99 throw power means he can make any throw. Allen and James Cook make a great backfield duo.

Miami Dolphins: WR Tyreek Hill, 96 Overall
Hill is probably the best receiver in the league, so he is definitely the best player on his team. His 98 speed must be accounted for, he is still a great route runner, and is incredibly dangerous after the catch. Tyreek dictates what coverages can be ran against the Dolphins offense. Hill can win at every level of the defense and is a nightmare to guard. He can even make an impact on special teams as a returner.

New York Jets: DT Jonathan Allen, 93 Overall
Allen is a one man run defense with his inside stuff ability. He was traded for a top 10 pick and that was definitely worth it. Him and Quinnen Williams are forces on the interiot, but Allen’s abilities make him one of the top DT in the game and a very tough player to play against.

New England Patriots: CB Ameer Speed, 91 Overall
There were a couple players in consideration here, mainly Gonzalez and Thornton. Speed has 99 speed to match any WR he lines up against, 96 man coverage, is 6’3″ and has deep route KO just in case. Him and Gonzalez are probably the top CB duo in the league and are a huge part of this Patriots Defense.

Cincinnati Bengals: QB Joe Burrow, 98 Overall
Burrow is the second best QB in the league. He has a velocity ability, fearless, inside deadeye, and sideline deadeye. This means that in theory all of his throws should be right on the money. The rest of the roster may need some TLC, but the QB situation is locked down for the Bengals

Cleveland Browns: RE Myles Garrett, 99 Overall
There are a lot of good options on this team, Teller and Newsome have great abilities, but Garrett could take over a game from the edge. Garrett is an elite rusher and run defender. He is the face of the Browns and that is for good reason.

Baltimore Ravens: CB Sauce Gardner, 99 Overall
Sauce is a monster, probably the best CB in the league, and who knows how much longer he will be the best CB on his team with the way Travis Hunter is playing. The Ravens CBs are unfair, and I take back what I said about the Patriots having the best CB Duo. Sauce can eliminate a receiver from the game, or punish you for testing him.

Pittsburgh Steelers: FS Minkah Fitzpatrick 96 Overall
Minkah is probably the worst player on this list so far, but is the perfect deep safety for any defense. His abilities will make you pay if you test him deep. He can cover, tackle, catch, hit. Not much more you could ask for from your free safety.

Indianapolis Colts: HB Jonathan Taylor, 97 Overall
Arich has an argument to be the Colts player on this list, but it would be tough to give it to someone other than JT. Taylor can make you miss, run through you, run away from you, and catch the ball as well. JT is a top 3 back in PML, and is the focal point of one of the best rushing offenses in PML

Jacksonville Jaguars: QB Trevor Lawrence, 90 Overall
Tlaw has some very good abilities for a QB that may go a little under the radar. Gunslinger isn’t what it once was but is still useful, threat detector is great, and any deadeye abilities are super valuable. The surrounding roster is not great, but Tlaw and Luther Burden look to have a great connection that can turn the Jags’ cycle around.

Houston Texans: TE Brock Bowers, 88 Overall
Bowers is a matchup nightmare, too big for DBs and too fast for LBs. This Texans roster needed some weapons after season 1, and Bowers is one of the top tight ends in the league. The offense is way better when Brock is on the field.

Tennessee Titans: TE Chigoziem Okonkwo, 90 Overall
I give Okonkwo the nod over Troy Franklin for his well rounded game. Okonkwo is very similar to Brock bowers as a matchup nightmare for defenses. Okonkwo has gotten over 1000 yards both of his seasons while missing games.

Denver Broncos: CB Patrick Surtain II, 97 Overall
Chubb and Surtain was a close race, but Surtain has the ability to cover any WR in the game. He has great abilities, great coverage stats, and good speed. The secondary is the biggest piece of this Bronco Defense, and Surtain is the reason why. Knowing you have a CB1 who can line up with anyone allows you to surround him with other talented CBs to lock up receivers.

Los Angeles Chargers: QB Justin Herbert 94 Overall
The early frontrunner for MVP, Herbert is leading this offense to a new level. Any velocity QB will be the top player on their team, but herberts deadeye abilities allow him to hit deep shots for this offense with their new set of WRs.

Kansas City Chiefs: QB Patrick Mahomes, 99 Overall
Mahomes is the best player in the game, velocity ability and hot route master. The offense runs through Mahomes and any team would trade their QB for Mahomes. Best player in the game, period.

Las Vegas Raiders: WR Davante Adams, 93 Overall
Adams may not be on this team for much longer, but while he is on the Raiders he is the best player. His route running and abilities make him unguardable in man coverage, and he will catch anything thrown his way. His is still a true #1 WR who must be accounted for.
